Imam Al-Busiri On Revering the ahl al-kitab

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum

A famous quatrain by Imam Al-Busiri, the author of the famous Burdah, and a celebrated real Sufi:

ما لِلنَّصَارَى إليَّ ذَنْبٌ

وإنَّما الذنبُ لِلْيَهودِ

وكيفَ تَفْضِيلُهُمْ وفيهمْ

سِرُّ الْخَنازِيرِ وَالقُرُودِ

Translation of meaning: The christians do not have unto me a sin;

But indeed the sin is with the yahuud!

And how can they be revered, while

Among them is the secret of the pigs and monkeys?!

Footnote: Meaning to say that our friendships and enmities are not about something committed for/against our own selves, but rather our disavowal and antipathy is for the sake of Allah and His Beloved ﷺ and due to the ahl al-kitab’s plotting and planning against our deen. That some of the Bani Israiil were morphed into pigs and apes as a punishment from Allah, was a closely guarded secret amongst them. However, Allah exposed their secret by revealing this fact in the Quran, after which they felt very embarrassed by it coming to public knowledge.

THIS is the pillar of REAL Tasawwuf & REAL Sufis – Love ONLY for Allah & His Messenger’s ﷺ sake; hate also only for their sake!

Maliki Mujtahideen On Learning From christians and jews

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum

The renowned Maliki Jurist and Sufi Gnostic, Sayyidi Ibn Al-Hajj (Al-Haaj / Al-Haj) (d. 737 Hijri, 1336 CE) –

about whom subsequent high profile Sufi Scholar & Gnostic Sayyidi Ahmad Az-Zarruq Ash-Shadhili (d. 899 Hijri, 1493 CE) has said that ‘tasawwuf is that which is disbursed by Ibn Al-Haaj in his Al-Madkhal’ –

says in his Al-Madkhal (Vol 2, pg 333-334)

وَمِنْ كِتَابِ الْبَيَانِ وَالتَّحْصِيلِ سُئِلَ مَالِكٌ – رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى – عَنْ تَعْلِيمِ أَوْلَادِ الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى الْكِتَابَةَ بِغَيْرِ قِرَاءَةِ قُرْآنٍ فَقَالَ: لَا وَاَللَّهِ مَا أُحِبُّ ذَلِكَ يَصِيرُونَ إلَى أَنْ يَقْرَءُوا الْقُرْآنَ. قَالَ: وَسَأَلْته عَنْ تَعْلِيمِ الْمُسْلِمِ عِنْدَ النَّصْرَانِيِّ كِتَابَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، أَوْ كِتَابَ الْأَعْجَمِيَّةِ فَقَالَ: لَا وَاَللَّه لَا أُحِبُّ ذَلِكَ وَكَرِهَهُ. قَالَ: وَلَا يَتَعَلَّمُ الْمُسْلِمُ عِنْدَ النَّصْرَانِيِّ وَلَا النَّصْرَانِيُّ عِنْدَ الْمُسْلِمِ لِقَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى {وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ} [المائدة: 51] قَالَ ابْنُ رُشْدٍ – رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى -: أَمَّا تَعْلِيمُ الْمُسْلِمِ أَبْنَاءَ الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْ تَعْلِيمُهُمْ عِنْدَهُمْ فَالْكَرَاهَةُ فِي ذَلِكَ بَيِّنَةٌ. وَقَدْ قَالَ الْإِمَامُ ابْنُ حَبِيبٍ – رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى -: إنَّ ذَلِكَ سَخْطَةٌ مِمَّنْ فَعَلَهُ مُسْقِطَةٌ لِإِمَامَتِهِ وَشَهَادَتِهِ. وَقَالَ ابْنُ رُشْدٍ فِي الْحَذَاقَةِ يَعْنِي الْإِصْرَافَةَ أَنَّهُ يُقْضَى بِهَا وَذُكِرَ عَنْ ابْنِ حَبِيبٍ أَنَّهُ فَرَّقَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ الْإِحْضَارِ فَقَالَ: إنَّهُ لَا يُقْضَى بِالْإِحْضَارِ فِي الْأَعْيَادِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ ذَلِكَ مُسْتَحَبًّا فِعْلُهُ فِي أَعْيَادِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَمَكْرُوهًا فِي أَعْيَادِ النَّصَارَى مِثْلِ النَّيْرُوزِ وَالْمِهْرَجَانِ وَلَا يَجُوزُ لِمَنْ فَعَلَهُ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِمَنْ قَبِلَهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مِنْ تَعْظِيمِ الشِّرْكِ.

Translation of meaning: And from the book Al-Bayan wa At-Tahseel: [Imam] Malik Allah have mercy on him, was asked, regarding educating the children of the christians and jews without teaching them reciting the Quran, and he said “No wAllah. I do not like it. They will end up reading the Quran [and cause many mischiefs].” He [the questioner] said: And I asked him regarding teaching the Muslim at the hands of the christian, book of the Muslims or book of the non-Arabs (nonMuslims), and he [Imam Malik] said, “No wAllahi I do not like that and HATE it.” He [Malik] said, “Neither the Muslim should learn at the hands of the christian, nor the christian at the hands of a Muslim, due to The Almighty’s saying {and he who bears affinities to them [christians and jews] from amongst you [Muslims], then he is from them [Holy Quran 5:51]}. Ibn Rushd [the grandfather], Allah have mercy on him, said, “As for the Muslim teaching the children of the jews and the christians or their [Muslims’] learning from them [jews and christians], then the abhorrence for this is clear.” And the Imam Ibn Habib rahimahu(A)llahu Ta’ala has said, “Indeed it is an indignation for the one who does it [learning/teaching from/to jews and christians] nullifying his imamate [that is, the person is unfit to lead others in prayers] and his testimony [that is, such a person is unfit to be a witness in a Muslim court].”

And Ibn Rushd said in [matters of] extravagance, there is judgment (ruling) on it, and it is mentioned on the authority of Ibn Habib that he differentiated between it [extravagance and wastefulness] and feasting, and he said, “There is no judgment [deterring] on feasting during festivals, for if it is preferred on Muslim festivities, it is forbidden on christian* festivities like nowroz and [christmas] celebrations, and it is not permitted for the one who [Muslim] does it [feasting on the festivities of the christians], neither is it permissible for the one who accepts it [that is, accepting to be a part of the feasts on the festivities of the christians], because it is exaltation of shirk (polytheism).”

*-the word christians is used to generically refer to all disbelievers as is clear from the context of the sentence and the passage. nowroz is the new year’s day of the persian fire worshipers.

Let us OBJECTIVELY analyze the implications of the above in light of our times

• Such sad times indeed! None of us is protected from teaching and learning with the kuffar – at least in matters of trades. Trades are anything we do to earn a living, regardless if we are lawyers, or accountants, or doctors etc. We are not in control of our circumstances, so indeed we hope Allah forgives us for situations beyond our control. 
• Considering the sad times and circumstances we are stuck in, the best we can do is make sure we distinguish trades from real KNOWLEDGE.
• KNOWLEDGE only pertains to that which benefits our souls, that is, deeni knowledge. Solving differential equations by laplace transforms will not benefit our souls.
• Anyone who is from a country that has been a colony of england or france or spain or so on, will immediately see the impact of the “education” that the colonial occupiers have left behind. Even on matters outside of religion, people’s cultures, ways of life, and thought processes have all been eroded as a part of embracing the colonial occupiers’ education model. Just look at North Africa, Central Africa, Southeast Asia, and so on. Even after gaining “independence”, a good majority of these places have either had their own cultures watered down, or have had them completely annihilated. People have embraced the ways of thinking of the colonial occupiers to this day. Only a blind person will not be able to see this and connect it to the wisdom and hikmah in the ruling of Imam Malik rahimahullah (as well as other imams of Ahlus Sunnah). 
• For those who can facilitate it, the above makes an excellent inspiration to initiate home schooling for Muslim children (specially in western nations) so that parents take their kids’ education into their own hands and don’t let their kids’ minds be poisoned by the evil ideologies mass transmitted in today’s world. 

Now for the SERIOUS IMPLICATIONS – on matters of our DEENI knowledge, something we can’t compromise on:

• It’s one thing to go to schools of the kuffar to complete high school and/or earn degrees from their universities in order to build or advance one’s career as a medical practitioner or computer scientist or something (that is, trade). It’s something totally else to learn “Islam” from the kuffar.
• Those “scholars” who flaunt their PhD’s in “Islamic” or “Arabic” disciplines from the graduate theological union, or georgetown, or yale, or stanford, or cambridge, or oxford, or leeds, and so on – according to the fuqaha of the Ahlus Sunnah – they are UNFIT TO BE IMAMS OR WITNESSES IN MUSLIM COURTS.
• I don’t think it needs to be explained that the kuffar can’t teach Islam. They are, by definition, working not for the promotion, propagation, or proselytization of Islam, but rather their deen and way of life. Religions and ideologies are locked in a zero-sum game. One’s loss is the other’s gain. If someone propagates a mixed basket of “humanitarian” ideas and religious theologies and dogmas, then that syncretic mixture is ANYTHING BUT ISLAM. 
• Will a kafir professor teach a future Muslim leader to impose the jizyah as Allah has commanded in the Quran, or will he teach Muslims to ratify the geneva convention and provide idiotic sophistry in the name of “Islamic” justifications?
• Will a kafir professor teach Muslims how to work towards the negation of riba or will he teach them on forecasting interest rates? 
• Will a kafir professor teach Muslims about the point blank capital punishment prescribed by RasulAllah ﷺ for sodomy, or will he prescribe some philosophical book that posits ancient greece was wallowing in homoeroticism, and philosophical extrapolations on what is and isn’t male or female?
• Will they teach the rule and mention extreme exceptions, or will they present those same extreme exceptions as ‘the normative Islamic tradition of North Africa’?
• Will they teach us how RasulAllah ﷺ taught us to be different from jews and christians in any and every aspect of our lives, or will they try to build superficial “bridges” based on lies and half truths? 
• As for those “shaykhs” who claim to have studied “Islam” at both the western campuses as well as at the hands of Muslim scholars (they don’t have to travel to the Muslim world to study Islam), they too HAVE TO  BE counted as equals to those who studied “Islam” solely at western campuses – for all practical and religious intents and purposes. (مُّذَبْذَبِينَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ لَا إِلَىٰ هَٰؤُلَاءِ وَلَا إِلَىٰ هَٰؤُلَاءِ ۚ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُ سَبِيلًا)
• The above two categories (those who studied/researched “Islam” exclusively in western academia, or those who did it only partially at western academia) should be summarily dismissed as non-scholars. We don’t need to waste our precious time with them. We’re filtering out the MAJOR impurities first… and then we have the other major task to take care of:
• As for those who studied Islam exclusively at the hands of Muslims, of course they don’t have a carte blanche. We Muslims have a very strong, thorough, and exacting tradition of analyzing the sources from which we take our religious knowledge. We can then (after dismissing the western-academia “scholars” and non-imams and non-shaykhs) scrutinize such people in light of the noble Shari’ah, and see which one fits the bill of traditional Islamic scholarship and manhaj of the Ahlus Sunnah and our pious predecessors, and which one doesn’t.
• Even those who are 100% educated at the hands of Muslims, they too lose all their credibility once they sell these west-compliant-Islam “Muslim scholars” to us. Remember one drop of poison is enough to render a full tank of water poisonous. We have so many people in our times who gladly promote these deviant western campus “Muslim scholars” to us. Being a scholar educated in Islam 100% at the hands of Muslim scholars doesn’t mean a person is immune to love of duniya, fame, riches, kufr, nifaq, heresy etc. Far from it! It just means our job of analyzing our sources of knowledge is only getting started!

As for the second passage, it is once again a ruling forbidding Muslims from celebrating the festivities of the kuffar and joining them in their feasts! 

Please dear Muslim – you will do your child/children a great favor by telling him/her point blank that there is no such thing as santa or the tooth fairy and they are just the imaginations of wayward minds! The impact it will have on your child’s upbringing will be seen in the future. (Remember, the western world is reaping the fruits of sowing the seeds of their “education” in colonies even now, decades after the “independence” of those colonies! Right now, colonialist occupiers are just working from home!)

Jumu’ah Mubarakah everyone. 🙂

I have improvised on a popular nursery rhyme so that it can be used by Muslim babies and adults alike, regarding some of the major fitnah’s we face in these times, as I have seen. 

Sometimes simple poetry and humor can express feelings that can’t be expressed in a whole lot of serious prose. 

Although almost everything is simple and self-explanatory, I just wanted to point out that one thing I have noticed with people who blaspheme against Allah and His Messenger ﷺ is that they (and their blind cults) always love to defend their blasphemies by pointing out that they were making “nuanced” statements and didn’t mean such and such as is understood by anyone who hears/reads  and gets disgusted by their utterances. Such are their feelings of entitlement and aggrandization. If the same or similarly “nuanced” statements are made about them or their parents or those they revere (and this includes their masters, the people of the book), they run their mouths on adab and humility. La’anahumullah.

Carrying on from that, they also feel that according to their rules of faux adab, they deserve to be “advised with compassion, in private” for something they said publicly. These morons don’t know that public actions/sayings require public reprimand and public repentance and retraction; and private actions/sayings require private reprimand and private repentance and retraction. In case of a person saying or committing something that is kufr, the person also has to renew his Islam and marriage.

Durr Al-Mukhtar: Tamperings in Shaykh Al-Akbar Ibn Al-Arabiy’s Books by jews

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum

Imam ‘Alaa Ad-Diin Al-Haskafi Al-Hanafi (d. 1088 H, 1677/78 CE) says in Durr Al-Mukhtar:

وَفِي الْمَعْرُوضَاتِ الْمَذْكُورَةِ مَا مَعْنَاهُ أَنَّ مَنْ قَالَ عَنْ فُصُوصِ الْحُكْمِ لِلشَّيْخِ مُحْيِى الدِّينِ بْنِ الْعَرَبِيِّ إنَّهُ خَارِجٌ عَنْ الشَّرِيعَةِ وَقَدْ صَنَّفَهُ لِلْإِضْلَالِ وَمَنْ طَالَعَهُ مُلْحِدٌ مَاذَا يَلْزَمُهُ؟ أَجَابَ: نَعَمْ فِيهِ كَلِمَاتٌ تُبَايِنُ الشَّرِيعَةَ، وَتَكَلَّفَ بَعْضُ الْمُتَصَلَّفِينَ لِإِرْجَاعِهَا إلَى الشَّرْعِ، لَكِنَّا تَيَقَّنَّا أَنَّ بَعْضَ الْيَهُودِ افْتَرَاهَا عَلَى الشَّيْخِ قَدَّسَ اللَّهُ سِرَّهُ فَيَجِبُ الِاحْتِيَاطُ بِتَرْكِ مُطَالَعَةِ تِلْكَ الْكَلِمَاتِ،

Translation of meaning: And among what has been presented [in regards to the discussion on apostasy rulings] what would be the implication for the one who said regarding the Fusus Al-Hikam of Shaykh Muhyiddiin bin Al-‘Arabiy that he exceeded the bounds of the Shari’ah and that he [Ibn Al-‘Arabiy] has transcribed misguidance, and the one who reads it is an agnostic (mulhid), what [ruling] should be upon him [the person who says such in regards to Shaykh Ibn Al-‘Arabiy and his works]? I reply: Yes, it does have words that contradict the Shari’ah; and some [scholars] entrusted with it have extrapolated it to [within the confines of] the Shari’ah; but we are sure that some jews have inserted lies upon the Shaykh [Ibn Al-‘Arabiy, i.e., have tampered with his works] may Allah sanctify his secret; therefore, it is mandatory to exercise caution by abstaining from reading those words [i.e., passages]. (Durr Al-Mukhtar, Bab Al-Murtad, Chapter on the apostate, 1/347)

Imam Ibn ‘Aabidiin Ash-Shaamiy (d. 1252 H, 1836/37 CE), in his marginalia, Radd Al-Muhtar, on Durr Al-Mukhtar, has quite a subjective explanation on the topic, that essentially says that scholars have not been immune to sometimes having had their works tampered with by those envious of them or seeking to cause mischief and sow discord in the ummah. Specifically, on the matter of Shaykh Al-Akbar Ibn Al-‘Arabiy and his books, he presents a very succinct quote from Imam Jalaluddin As-Suyutiy’s work.

Imam Ibn ‘Aabidiin Ash-Shaamiy says in Radd Al-Muhtar:

وَلِلْحَافِظِ السُّيُوطِيّ رِسَالَةٌ سَمَّاهَا تَنْبِيهُ الْغَبِيِّ بِتَبْرِئَةِ ابْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ ذَكَرَ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّاسَ افْتَرَقُوا فِيهِ فِرْقَتَيْنِ: الْفِرْقَةُ الْمُصِيبَةُ تَعْتَقِدُ وِلَايَتَهُ، وَالْأُخْرَى بِخِلَافِهَا. ثُمَّ قَالَ: وَالْقَوْلُ الْفَصْلُ عِنْدِي فِيهِ طَرِيقَةٌ لَا يَرْضَاهَا الْفِرْقَتَانِ، وَهِيَ اعْتِقَادُ وِلَايَتِهِ وَتَحْرِيمُ النَّظَرِ فِي كُتُبِهِ

Translation of meaning: And there is a treatise of Hafizdh As-Suyutiy, that he named Tanbih Al-Ghabiy bi Tabri-ati Ibn ‘Arabiy; he mentions therein that people have been divided in two groups regarding him [Shaykh Ibn Al-‘Arabiy]: an afflicted group believing in his wilayah (sainthood); and the other group that disagrees with it [i.e., the sainthood of Shaykh Ibn Al-‘Arabiy]. He [Imam Jalaluddin As-Suyutiy] then says: the judicious saying in my opinion, which doesn’t find acceptance among both these groups, is to accept his [Shaykh Ibn Al-‘Arabiy’s] wilayah (sainthood) but to forbid looking at his books. (Radd Al-Muhtar 4/238)

Lesson for us:

Muslims should NEVER take their thinking caps off and NEVER give up on their critical thinking abilities. We should always stick to the sound ‘aqidah of the Ahlus Sunnah that is based on clear verses of the Quran and Sahih Ahadith along with the unimpeachable, clear textual rulings of the Shari’ah, and the mainstream opinions of our madhhab’s in fiqh (Hanafi, Shafi’iy, Hanbali, Maliki).

Trading what is explicit, certain and known by the overwhelming majority of the ummah’s scholars by clear Quranic & hadith texts, tawatur (mass transmission) and ijma’ (consensus) – for some doubtful or spurious passages in books of scholars that can be anything from tampering by the author’s enemies, to slips of the quill, to printing errors, to statements penned down with certain specific meanings or interpretations in mind that the author lapsed from describing as he proceeded further into his work (or all of these combined) – is stupidity at best, zandaqah at worst.

This IS the way of the SUFIS – our imams like Al-Haskafi, Ibn ‘Aabidiin, Jalaluddin As-Suyutiy and many more. 

In other words: Do not try to be an over-smart intellectual and a reformer trying to inject some dubious opinions onto clear as the mid-day sun matters of ‘aqidah and/or fiqh that are well-known in the ummah. Such smartness is certainly not welcome in the ways of the Sufi masters. You will very miserably fall flat on your face!

Reason for bringing this up on this blog:

The filthy infidel, the munafiq from california who runs a ‘liberal arts’ college in california dedicated to spreading heresy and apostasy, and others like him, love to cite “exotic” passages sometimes found in books attributed to renown scholars, and then plant doubts or inject heresy and apostasy into the hearts and minds of Muslims on matters that are as clear as sunshine. 

One such contention peddled by the munafiq from california, in his essay that he has included in the filthy perennialist rag that they like to call ‘the study Quran’, is: that Shaykh Al-Akbar Ibn Al-‘Arabiy has said that hellfire shall eventually become cool and relaxing for its [kafir] dwellers*.

This is a pathetic and laughable contention that goes against many many explicit verses of the Quran and mass transmitted, rigorously authenticated ahadith. Attributing this kufr and nonsense to Shaykh Ibn Al-‘Arabiy, may Allah sanctify his secret, does not make it valid, for we know it goes diametrically opposite to the Quran and Sunnah!

All for what? Just to tell his kafir brothers and sisters that there is no unceasing punishment for them in hellfire! La’anahullah. 

*- Sinful Muslims or those non-Sunnni Muslims of bid’ah whose bid’ah in beliefs did not reach until the extent of apostasy, shall not stay in hellfire forever, and after suffering for their sinfulness in corrupt ‘aqidah [but not reaching levels of kufr] or sinfulness in actions, they shall eventually enter paradise due to Allah’s Infinite Mercy for those who proclaim the shahadah. This is the belief of the Ahlus Sunnah, based on the clear as sunshine verses of the Quran and mass transmitted ahadith.

So it is clear that the hypocrite from california is bothered by the many many verses in the Quran and the many many clear ahadith that state that the punishment for the dwellers, that is the kafir dwellers, of hellfire, shall never stop or be lessened, and he wishes to offer them ‘intellectual’, ‘liberal art-sy’ and ‘nuanced’ ‘opinions.’ Little does he know, his ‘nuanced smartness’ has no room in Islam or the ways of the Ahlus Sunnah and the Sufis.

On this 21st night of Ramadzan, we pray to Allah to cleanse the world of the fitnah of the perennialists and their mouthpieces like the munafiq from california. Aameen.

In Our Times Every Kafir Is a Harbiy: Imam Ahmad bin Abi Sa’iid Al-Hanafiy (Mulla Jiiwan, d. 1130 H)

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum

Imam Ahmad bin Abi Sa’iid As-Siddiiqiy Al-Hanafiy (ancestrally “Al-Makkiy” i.e., from Makkah, and later on “Al-Laknawi”, i.e., from Lucknow city in India), popularly known as Mulla Jiiwan or Mulla Ahmad Jiiwan, was the teacher of the pious ruler of Mughal India, Sultan Alamgir Aurangzeb (rahimahumullah).

In his well known tafsiir of the Quran containing many Hanafi rulings, foundational principles of fiqh, and matters of kalam & ‘aqaaid, all explained therein very lucidly – At-Tafsiiraat Al-Ahmadiyyah fi Bayan Al-Aayaat Ash-Shar’iyyah, the Imam says:

 وذكر في كتب الفقه انه ميز الذمي في زيه ومركبه وسرجه وسلاحه فلا يركب خيلا ولا يعمل بسلاح ويظهر الكستيج وهو الخيط الذي يكون معهم ويكب على سرج كاكاف وميزت نسائهم في الطريق لئلا تشتبه بنساء المسلمين ويعلم على دورهم اي يجعل العلامة على بيوتهم كيلا يتوهم السائل انه بيت المسلم فيستغفر له فانظروا ياايها المؤمنون هل في هذا الزمان ذمي وتفكروا يا ايها المسلمون انهم الاحربي وما يعقلها الا العالمون وقد طال الكلام في زماننا في بيان الذمي والحربي بالافراط والتفريط والحق ما بينه بعض مشائخنا سلمه الله تعالى في رسائله فطالعه ان شئت ؛ وقد ذكر تحقيقهما الاعظم الثاني كلاما لا مزيد عليه فليرجع اليه ؛

Translation of meaning: And it is mentioned in books of fiqh that the dhimmi will be separate in his dressing and his ride and his saddle and his arms in that he shall not ride horses [only mules], nor shall he manufacture arms [or bear arms]; and he shall display a cord or sash on his clothing [that should be visible to all]; and their women shall be separate in their routes of movement so that they may not be confused with Muslim women, and they should put up a signage on their homes so that a [Muslim] beggar doesn’t get confused into thinking that it is a Muslim’s home and prays for the owner’s forgiveness*. So see o believers [regarding] if there are dhimmis in our times and think about it well o Muslims, that in our times there are none other than harbiy kafirs, and no one understands this better than the scholars; and there’s a long discussion on the topic of dhimmis and harbiy’s in our times, and the reality is as has been explained by some of our teachers, may Allah protect them, in their treatises, and you can peruse them if you so wish; and both their research is in “Al-A’azdham Al-Thani” – elucidation upon which nothing further is left to be said, so one needs to see that!

*- This is because it is forbidden for a Muslim to pray for the forgiveness of a kafir. In better times when knowledge was not as orphaned as it is now, everyone including paupers knew that it is forbidden and constitutes apostasy from Islam to pray to Allah for the forgiveness of a kafir. 

The above is mentioned on page 315 of his Tafsiir, published from Kazan Russia in 1904, under the Tafsiir of Surah At-Tawbah (Surah 9).

Does the so-called ‘study Quran’ contain “perennialist ideas” or is it an epistle of perennialism?

I just chanced on someone’s tweet that says that the imam of kufr, the munafiq from california, the president of the liberal arts college promoting heresy, apostasy, hypocrisy and perennialism in california, has said – AFTER ABOUT THREE YEARS – that the filthy rag that the kafir hosin nasr and his team call as “the study Quran” has “perennialist ideas” in it. 

Don’t be fooled by it dear Muslims.

All you had to do was give a little bit of “benefit of the doubt ” like our religion commands but you chose to open your big mouths instead. Make dua for the Shaykh now.

FIRSTLY – Please note dear Muslims, that the president of the “Islamic” liberal arts college in california – IS A CONTRIBUTOR – to that filthy rag that the perennialists and progressive “Muslims” call as a “commentary” and name as ‘the study Quran.’ He has contributed a huge essay in that filthy rag which is full of his typical lies, spin-doctoring, false analogies, equivocal arguments and statements that are deliberately intended to breed doubts and heresies!

When we comment on a book, we comment on the CENTRAL THEME and THE MESSAGE it promotes.

We do not speak so shamelessly and equivocally reducing the central theme and the message of the book to saying it contains this or that idea, as if those things are touched upon only in the course of the core discussion of the book, which may be something else – only so that we exonerate ourselves of the responsibility of calling it out!

Let me give you an example to make it more clear.

Let’s say I write a 3000 page book about car engines, in which the guiding theme and message of the book pertains to knowledge about car engines and their designs, functions, etc.

Now in the course of that entire book, I may have touched upon other aspects relating to the car too, like automotive electronic systems, or air conditioning (among others), for any number of reasons.

Now would you say that this book contains “ideas” about car engines? Or would you say that this is a book ON car engines and contains “some talk” and “ideas” about automotive electronic systems as well? 

Think about it!

Just how disingenuous, deceptive, and dishonest it is to suggest that a book dedicated to nothing but car engines is mentioned as a book that just has “some talk” about car engines. It suggests that the central theme of the book is something else and car engines are only mentioned as a periphery arising out of the main theme of it. 

Now why would the hypocrite from california want to mention that the satanic work otherwise called as ‘the study Quran’ has “perennialist ideas” in it when in reality that satanic work does NOTHING BUT equate Islam and kufr, and flip central aspects of Islamic creed and belief on their heads, and its editor-in-chief is the perennialist-in-chief of our times!

It is only so that when someone asks him, “Why didn’t you warn people against this evil work?”, he will have a repartee straight away “I said it has perennialist ideas” and can absolve himself of all accountability.

FOURTHLY – Alhamdulillah, it is a very good sign that this infidel from california had to come out and say that this evil book has “perennialist ideas” in his typical munafiq style of equivocation. 

It shows that the efforts of Muslims in condemning and refuting this filthy rag must be gaining traction. So this munafiq would have felt the pressure and the need to exonerate himself and maintain his public image, SPECIALLY NOW that he has also decided to lick donald trump’s boots, and people are seeing him as a munafiq more clearly.

1. There was no room for benefit of doubt because the “shaykh” is an actual co-author of the satanic work. Save your adab-talk for another day when your “shaykh” actually calls christians and jews as kafirs!

إن أخوف ما أخاف على أمتي كل منافق عليم اللسان

Indeed, what I fear the most for my ummah is every eloquent hypocrite.

Below ahadiith from RasulAllah ﷺ pertain to ordinary Muslims looking for good cheer and favors from fellow Muslim sultans, princes, tyrants, and the rich and famous. 

إياكم، وأبواب السلطان

Stay away from the doors of the sultan.

إن الله يحب الأمراء إذا خالطوا العلماء، ويمقت العلماء إذا خالطوا الأمراء؛ لأن العلماء إذا خالطوا الأمراء رغبوا في الدنيا، والأمراء إذا خالطوا العلماء رغبوا في الآخرة

Indeed, Allah loves the princes if they mingle with the scholars; and detests the scholars if they mingle with princes; because if the scholars mingle with princes, they aspire towards duniya (luxuries of the world); and the princes, if they mingle with scholars, they aspire towards the akhirah (hereafter).

سيكون بعدي سلاطين، الفتن على أبوابهم كمبارك الإبل، لا يعطون أحدًا شيئًا، إلا أخذوا من دينه مثله

There shall be after me sultans. The tribulations at their doors will be like the resting places of camels; they won’t offer a person anything lest they take that much from his deen. 

Note regarding the resting places of camels: RasulAllah ﷺ has said that the resting places of camels are infested by shayateen. See below

 لاَ تُصَلُّوا فِي مَبَارِكِ الإِبِلِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنَ الشَّيَاطِينِ

Do not pray in the resting places of camels for they are from the shayateen [i.e., infested by them].

يكون في آخر الزمان علماء يُرغِّبون الناس في الآخرة ولا يرغَبون، ويُزهِّدون الناس في الدنيا ولا يزهَدون، وينهَون عن غشيان الأمراء ولا ينتهون

In the end times, there shall be scholars who will prod people towards the hereafter, but shall not be urged [towards the hereafter] themselves; and they shall make people abstain from the duniya, but won’t be abstinent themselves; and they shall prevent people from frequenting princes, but not themselves.

إنها ستكون أمراء تعرفون وتنكرون، فمن ناوأهم نجا، ومن اعتزلهم سلم، أو كاد، ومن خالطهم هلك

Indeed, there shall be princes who will know and disobey; he who opposed them will be rescued [from their mischief]; who he isolated [himself] from them, will be safe, or almost safe; he who mingled with them shall perish. 

إياكم ومجالسة السلطان، فإنه ذهاب الدين، وإياكم ومعونته فإنكم لا تحمدون أمره

Stay away from the gatherings of the sultan, for it is a departure of deen; and stay away from his aides for you will not praise his directives. 

من تقرَّب من ذي سلطان ذراعًا، تباعد الله منه باعًا

He who edges closer to a possessor of power (sultandom) by a cubit, Allah distances from him by an arm span.

سيكون قوم بعدي من أمتي، يقرؤون القرآن، ويتفقهون في الدين، يأتيهم الشيطان، فيقول: لو أتيتم السلطان، فأصلح من دنياكم، واعتزلوهم بدينكم! ولا يكون ذلك، كما لا يجتنى من القتاد إلا الشوك، كذلك لا يجتنى من قربهم إلا الخطايا

After me, there shall be a group from my ummah, they shall read the Quran, and gain knowledge of the deen [Islam], shaytan will come to them and say, “If you come to the sultan, mend your duniya, and leave them with your deen [intact with you]!” But it shall not be so. Just as nothing but thorns can be harvested from the Qatad, nothing but sinfulness can be attained from their [the unjust sultans’] closeness. 

إذا قرأ الرجل القرآن وتفقه في الدين، ثم أتى باب السطان؛ تَمَلُّقًا إليه، وطمعًا لما في يده، خاض بقدر خطاه في نار جهنم

If a man read the Quran, and learnt the deen, then came at the door of a sultan, kowtowing to him, and aspiring for what’s in his [sultan’s] hands [i.e., worldly riches], he has plunged into hellfire to the extent of his [the sultan’s own] sins.

ما من عالم أتى صاحب سلطان طوعًا، إلا كان شريكه في كل لون يعذب به في نار جهنم

There isn’t a scholar who willingly came to a possessor of power (sultandom) except that he [scholar] is his [the sultan’s] accomplice in all the punishments that he [the sultan] suffers in hellfire. 

العلماء أمناء الرسل على عباد الله ما لم يخالطوا السلطان، فإذا خالطوا السلطان فقد خانوا الرسل فاحذروهم، واعتزلوهم

The scholars are the trust-bearers of the prophets upon the slaves of Allah as long as they don’t mingle with the sultan; for if they mingle with the sultan, they have betrayed the prophets, then be cautious of them and leave them.

سيكون بعدي أمراء، فمن دخل عليهم فصدقهم بكذبهم، وأعانهم على ظلمهم، فليس مني، ولست منه، وليس بوارد عليَّ الحوض. ومن لم يدخل عليهم، ولم يعِنْهم على ظلمهم، ولم يصدقهم بكذبهم، فهو مني، وأنا منه، وهو وارد عليَّ الحوض

There shall be after me [RasulAllah ﷺ], princes, and whoever visits them and attests their lies, and aids them in their injustices, then he is not from me, and I am not from him, neither shall he come to me at the fountain [of paradise]; and the one who does not visit them, and does not aid them in their injustices, and doesn’t attest their lies, then he is from me and I’m from him, and he shall arrive to me at the fountain [of paradise]. 

اتقوا أبواب السلطان وحواشيها، فإن أقرب الناس منها أبعدهم من الله، ومن آثر سلطانًا على الله، جعل الفتنة في قلبه ظاهرة وباطنة، وأذهب عنه الورع وتركه حيران

Be mindful of the doors of the sultan and their surrounds, for the people closest to these are the farthest from Allah, and the one who preferred to follow the sultan over Allah, fitnah shall settle on his heart externally as well as internally, and all piety shall depart from him, leaving him confused/misguided. 

إن أناسًا من أمتي سيتفقهون في الدين، ويقرؤون القرآن، ويقولون نأتي الأمراء، فنصيب من دنياهم، ونعتزلهم بديننا. ولا يكون ذلك، كما لا يجتنى من القتاد إلا الشوك، كذلك لا يجتنى من قربهم إلا الخطايا

There shall be some people from my ummah who will learn deen, and recite the Quran, and will say, ‘we came to princes so that we may share from their duniya [ie worldly riches] and we do not let them affect our deen’ but that shall not be the case. Just as nothing but thorns can be harvested from the Qatad, likewise nothing other than sinfulness can be attained by their closeness. 

إذا رأيت العالم يخالط السلطان مخالطة كثيرة؛ فاعلم أنه لص

If you saw a scholar who mingles with the sultan too much, know that he’s a crook.

إن أبغض القراء إلى الله تعالى الذين يزورون الأمراء

Indeed, the most abhorred reciters [of Quran] to Allah are those who visit princes.

إن في جهنم واديًا تستعيذ منه كل يوم سبعين مرة، أعدَّه الله للقرَّاء المرائين في أعمالهم، وإن أبغض الخلق إلى الله عالم السلطان

Indeed, there is a valley in hellfire, you’d seek refuge from it seventy times a day; it is prepared by Allah for the reciters [of Quran] who are insincere in their deeds, and the most abhorred creation in front of Allah is the sultan’s scholar. 

ومن أتى أبواب السلاطين افتتن، وما ازداد عبد من السلطان دنوًا إلا ازداد من الله بعدًا

And whoever comes to the doors of the sultans, falls into tribulations. A slave doesn’t get close to a sultan except that he drifts far from Allah.

إذا مدح الفاسق غضب الرب و اهتز لذلك العرش

If a [Muslim] sinner is praised, Allah’s punishment is incurred and His ‘Arsh trembles due to this act.

مَنْ تَوَاضَعَ لِغَنِيٍّ لأَجْلِ غِنَاهُ ذَهَبَ ثُلُثَا دِينِهِ

He who respects a wealthy [Muslim] person due to his wealth, has lost a third of his deen.

أفضل التابعين من أمتي من لا يقرب أبواب السلاطين

The finest followers of my ummah are those who do not go near the doors of the sultans.

Again, the above ahadiith pertain to Muslims looking for favors and good cheer from FELLOW MUSLIM rich & famous, sinners, princes, sultans, tyrants, despots etc.

Some sensible Muslims took objection to this.

So your view is when we have clowns flying the plane is to just close the door of the cockpit and go back to the cabin and enjoy the flight? Wouldn’t you want to be in the room with trump’s people to at least help them make (some) rational decisions?

Deeds are by intentions. The “scholar” is supposedly there for maslaha, not for hobnobbing with the rich, famous and powerful of the kafir world. See ahadith pertaining to it above.

What’s so bad about him being an advisor to a leader despite the Trump regime’s track record? Prophet Yusuf was a minister in the Egyptian regime during his time. And Prophet Moses was asked by Allah to invite Pharoah with softness to end his tyranny.

Let the munafiq put his money where his mouth is – how about starting his human rights advice to donald trump by harshly rebuking him for his many tirades on twitter, or his latest racist tweets against his fellow americans, something that the entire world, Muslims and kafirs alike, are appalled at?!

How would that be for his first advice offered to donald trump?!

The above mentioned ahadith are in the context of people fawning over [Muslim] princes, sultans, and/or tyrants in order to earn the duniya groveling at their doorsteps. It is well understood that religious scholars are needed by the Muslim state administration for issues of Shari’ah legislation, court proceedings, zakat and jizyah collection etc. to offer their valuable advice on many many administrative matters of the state.

Furthermore, it is an obvious fact that just as there are despotic, indulgent, sinful, and immoral rich, famous & powerful people, there are also many many just and pious rich people, rulers, sultans, princes and kings as well – those who considered themselves as servants of Islam and Muslims and many were even famous awliyaa. Examples from other than the obviously rightly guided Caliphs of the Prophet ﷺ , include sultans like Salahuddin Ayyubi, Fatih Sultan Muhammad (Mehmet), Mahmud of Ghazni, Tariq bin Ziyad, and many more pious warriors of Islam who rushed to seek counsel at the doors of scholars, who helped in Islam’s conquests and helped its domination and influence reach far and wide and they were always Ash’aris/Maturidis. There are ahadiith praising the just and pious rulers and warriors as well as pious traders (i.e., rich Muslim people) too.

In any case, it is considered an abomination in Islam for Muslims to fawn over rich, famous and powerful Muslims in order to seek their good cheer and favors, worse yet, fawning over the impious and immoral rich, famous and powerful Muslims.

Again, do the math for those who bootlick outright kafirs, worse yet the hostile kafirs like the evil pope benedict xvi, imams of kufr like the dalai lama, or imbecilic despots like trump who are despised by their own people!

Important Disclaimer – I have mentioned trump’s racist tweets above ONLY in the context of ethnic racism, something abhorred in Islam. We certainly do not have a fondness for trump. At the same time, we do NOT condone or promote the “progressive” and anathema-from-Islam stances of people like ilhan omar or rashida tlaib that include things like supporting the lgbt lobby and addressing Allah as “she” or making outright apostasy statements like “God has a strange sense of humor”. Supporting lgbt legalization is apostasy from the religion of Islam, even if it is the ultimate act of piety in the religion of secular democracy.

trump’s direct antagonism to Islam/Muslims is a much lesser evil than the acts and sayings of hypocrisy and apostasy propagated by the hypocrite from california or the propagation of apostasy draped in the garb of “freedom” and “rights” and “progressiveness” that is done by the likes of ilhan omar and rashida tlaib. Their so-called “support” for Palestine is nothing more than a cheap gambit to string along innocent Muslim support. 

In fact, the above ahadiith regarding a person losing his faith when groveling at the doors of the rich, famous, and powerful, are just as relevant in the case of ilhan omar and rashida tlaib as they are in the case of the hypocrite from california.

Have a read of them again. In order to make a mark on the political left side, they have taken positions of apostasy in lgbt pride and legalization, and spewing outright kufr. The democrats may not be in power right now, but they certainly are a part of the american power structure, and hence the relevance of the ahadiith. Can these ladies ever dare to challenge the status quo in the democratic party and say that as Muslims they deem homosexuality to be a sin and do not wish to stand up for the lgbt lobby?

Left-aligned ilhan omar and rashida tlaib are just as much hurtful to Islam as is the hypocrite from california (who for now, seems to be right-leaning or at least positioned at the right, given his anointment by trump). The only difference is that the hypocrite from california is lauded as the foremost “Muslim scholar” in america and in a position to misguide many unsuspecting Muslims while these two women are politicians, who may misguide a lesser amount of Muslims than a purported “scholar” (though not necessarily).

I assure you that even in this age of advanced communications on “smart” devices and (mis)information overload, the REAL WORLD is far bigger and better than the internet.

You face serious detriments to your deen if you only look for shuyukh on the net! The world of Islamic scholarship is far bigger than these top 500 “most influential” “Muslims” that you see showing up on Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram or other social media and mainstream media platforms.

West or east doesn’t matter. If there are people who beseech Allah’s name (i.e., Muslims) anywhere, there are well-educated Islamic scholars there who fear Allah and disseminate sound Islamic knowledge.

Please do not conflate popularity (or search engine rankings) with sincerity to Islam or Muslims or soundness of scholarship!

Nothing valuable in life can be acquired with ease. You HAVE TO dive deep in order to find pearls.

You just have to get off the internet and dissociate from “celebrity” shuyukh and look for sincere, non-celebrity shuyukh who are honest and sincere to Islam and Muslims and who detest the limelight.

Deen is not something we can order over the net, and it certainly isn’t a hobby for our free time! It is ‘our way of life’ to prepare us to meet our Creator, Allah, and needs to be taken even more seriously than worrying about a life-threatening illness.

You simply can’t order any REAL seekers guidance from e-shaykhs operating “halal” m-commerce platforms running on some severely bug-infested iMujaddid operating systems developed in california!

Verses 60:1-4 and The Incident of Our Master Haatib bin Abi Balta’ah – and the sellouts citing it!

O evil hypocrites and seekers of misguidance – DO NOT compare yourselves to the warriors of Badr!

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum

Firstly, The Incident – A Summary & Extraction From Various Tafasiir and Ahadith

A slave girl of Bani Hashim who was called Sarah, came to RasulAllah ﷺ as he was preparing for the Conquest of Makkah. RasulAllah ﷺ asked her if she came to him after becoming Muslim, she replied in the negative. He ﷺ then asked her if she came over as a migrant, she again replied in the negative. So RasulAllah ﷺ asked her then why she came. She said that she came out of destitution as Bani ‘Abd Al-Muttalib had given her clothing and necessities.

Our master Haatib bin Abi Balta’ah met her and gave her ten dinars, and a shawl, and sent with her a letter to the kuffar of Makkah that essentially said, ‘RasulAllah ﷺ is preparing to attack you; do what you can to save yourselves.’

Now this act of our master Haatib was based on

1. His SOUND UNYIELDING BELIEF in the words and prayers of RasulAllah ﷺ. As RasulAllah ﷺ was preparing for the Conquest of Makkah, he prayed to Allah, “O Allah, make them [i.e., kuffar of Makkah] blind to our news [i.e., conquest preparations].” So he deliberated on the CERTAINTY of the acceptance of RasulAllah’s ﷺ prayer. (See Tafsiir Ibn Kathiir, Mu’ajam Al-Kabiir and others)

2. His mistakenly thinking that it is permitted for one to do something like this in order to protect his wealth and children (as mentioned below in the rest of the incident) as it is permissible when one’s own life is under immediate threat as is clear from 16:106. (See Zaad Al-Masiir, Tafsiir Ibn Kathiir) [Blogger’s note: I say ‘mistakenly’ not to personally find fault with a companion on my own accord, haashaa lillaah, but because this was his mistake pointed out by Allah in the Quran, and as mentioned by RasulAllah ﷺ that it is forgiven.]

Anyways, RasulAllah ﷺ was informed by Jibreel ‘alaihis salam of this woman carrying a letter to the kuffar of Makkah and he ﷺ sent for our master ‘Ali and a few other companions to go catch up with this woman at a place, Rawdzata Khaakh en route to Makkah. RasulAllah ﷺ informed them that she will be having a letter from our master Haatib, addressed to the kuffar of Makkah, and to take the letter from her and let her go; if she resisted to hand over the letter, to liquidate her (i.e., kill her). 

All these companions went and found her at that exact place where RasulAllah ﷺ had said she would be. They asked her for the letter, she denied it and even took an oath. The other companions were contemplating to head back based on this, but our master ‘Ali radzi Allahu ‘anhu said that it simply is impossible that RasulAllah ﷺ give incorrect information. He unsheathed his sword and told that woman to either take the letter out or part with her neck. She saw that our master ‘Ali was unflinching in his resolve. So she pulled the letter out from her hair knot and handed it over to them. 

RasulAllah ﷺ summoned our master Haatib and asked him as to what was all of this. Our master Haatib replied and said [paraphrased meaning], ‘O RasulAllah! Ever since I became Muslim, I have never agreed to kufr. I have never betrayed you O RasulAllah; and I have never developed any love for the people of Makkah ever since I left them! The thing is that I used to stay among the Quraysh in Makkah but I’m not from among them in terms of kinship. The other muhaajireen (migrants to Madinah) other than me all have relatives in Makkah who can protect their homes and families. I don’t have any. So I wanted to do a favor to the people of Makkah so that they can be forbearing towards my family and property there. I AM SURE that Allah’s torment shall descend onto them and that my letter will not be able to shield them.’

The Master of all masters, ﷺ, accepted this excuse from our master Haatib bin Abi Balta’ah and ATTESTED to his truthfulness AND COMMANDED the other companions to not speak about him anything but good. 

Our master ‘Omar said, ‘O RasulAllah! permit me that I may strike this hypocrite’s neck’. RasulAllah ﷺ said, “Isn’t he a participant of Badr? What do you know! Perhaps Allah has looked favorably at the companions of Badr and said ‘Do what you want, I have made paradise mandatory upon you’ or ‘I have forgiven you.'” Upon hearing this, our master ‘Omar wept and said “Allah and His Messenger know best.” (Bukhariy, as well as various other hadith collections and tafsiirs mentioning the incident, in varying details)

Upon this incident, the first verses of Surah Al-Mumtahinah were revealed. Verses 1 to 4 are presented below:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِم بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُم مِّنَ الْحَقِّ يُخْرِجُونَ الرَّسُولَ وَإِيَّاكُمْ ۙ أَن تُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ رَبِّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ خَرَجْتُمْ جِهَادًا فِي سَبِيلِي وَابْتِغَاءَ مَرْضَاتِي ۚ تُسِرُّونَ إِلَيْهِم بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَأَنَا أَعْلَمُ بِمَا أَخْفَيْتُمْ وَمَا أَعْلَنتُمْ ۚ وَمَن يَفْعَلْهُ مِنكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ

إِن يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُوا لَكُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَيَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُم بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ

لَن تَنفَعَكُمْ أَرْحَامُكُمْ وَلَا أَوْلَادُكُمْ ۚ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَكُمْ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ

قَدْ كَانَتْ لَكُمْ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ فِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ إِذْ قَالُوا لِقَوْمِهِمْ إِنَّا بُرَآءُ مِنكُمْ وَمِمَّا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ كَفَرْنَا بِكُمْ وَبَدَا بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمُ الْعَدَاوَةُ وَالْبَغْضَاءُ أَبَدًا حَتَّىٰ تُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَحْدَهُ إِلَّا قَوْلَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لِأَبِيهِ لَأَسْتَغْفِرَنَّ لَكَ وَمَا أَمْلِكُ لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ ۖ رَّبَّنَا عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ

Translation of meaning: O you who believe, do not make Mine and your enemies as friends; you relay to them [matters/news] with affinity while they have disbelieved in what has come to you as the truth; they drive out the Messenger and you [from your homes and Makkah] on that that you have believed in Allah, your Lord; if you have set out on Jihad in My cause, and to seek My Ridza [then do not take these polytheists as your friends]; you show them affinity in secrecy [relaying to them messages] and I am All Knowing of what you conceal and what you express; and whoever of you does this, has strayed from the right path.

If they find you [subdued], they will be enemies to you and extend their hands and tongues towards you belligerently, and they desire you to disbelieve.

Neither your relatives nor your sons shall benefit you; He [Allah] will judge between you on the day of judgment [the believers being sent to paradise and the disbelievers sent to hell]; Allah is Seeing your deeds.

Indeed, an excellent example has been set up for you, in Ibraahiim and those with him [i.e., those who declared faith in Allah following Ibraahiim], when they declared to their people, “We are aloof from you and that you worship besides Allah, we reject you and there has appeared enmity and hatred/grudge between us and you until forever unless you believe in Allah, the one and only” except Ibraahiim’s saying to his father, “I shall indeed ask for forgiveness for you and I am not the possessor [of any benefit] to you in front of Allah;” our Lord! In You do we place our trust, and to You do we turn, and to You is our final return. [Holy Quran, 60:1-4]

Ibn Kathiir says under 60:1: 

فَقَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُمْ مِنَ الْحَقِّ} يَعْنِي: الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَالْكُفَّارَ الَّذِينَ هُمْ مُحَارِبُونَ لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ، الَّذِينَ شَرَعَ اللَّهُ عَدَاوَتَهُمْ وَمُصَارَمَتَهُمْ، وَنَهَى أَنْ يُتَّخَذُوا أَوْلِيَاءَ وَأَصْدِقَاءَ وَأَخِلَّاءَ، كَمَا قَالَ {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاءَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ} [الْمَائِدَةِ: 51]

The Almighty’s saying {O you who believe, do not make Mine and your enemies as friends; you relay to them [matters/news] with affinity while they have disbelieved in what has come to you as the truth} meaning the mushrikeen and the kuffar, they are those who war against Allah and His Messenger and Believers [i.e., Muslims] – those whose enmity and hostility Allah has stipulated, and forbidden to take them as guardians and friends and allies; as He said {O you who believe! Do not take the jews and christians as friends; they are friends of each other; and he who bears affinities to them from amongst you, then he is from them; [Holy Quran 5:51]} (See here re Verse 5:51)

Some sellout seeker of misguidance sitting at some seeker’s pub somewhere mused regarding the INCIDENT of our master Haatib radzi Allahu ‘anhu and said that he “would inform the polytheists of the Prophet’s affairs”

CORRECTION: The seeker of misguidance makes it look like this was the norm with our master Haatib. It was a one off incident based on nothing but SOUND FAITH in Allah and His Messenger ﷺ and SURETY of the victory to arrive to the Muslims AND an erroneous understanding of fiqh on the companion’s part, which was corrected by Allah through revelation, that while one is pardoned if he is forced into kufr under duress with his life in immediate danger while his heart is set firmly on Islam, this is not at all the same thing as affinities with the kuffar only to ensure things become easy and smooth for one’s relatives and property (Food for thought: Who loves to sing praises of the kuffar and bear affinities with them only to make their lives easy in kafir lands or to win favors with rich and famous evildoers?)

The sellout seeker of misguidance meticulously avoids mentioning the verses of the Quran that were revealed as a result of the incident, and as usual he goes on about having husn az-zdhann for these self-hating islamites who have SOLD OUT on Islam and Muslims and how these munafiquin are supposedly carrying the ummah on their shoulders.

QUESTION: Why did you not mention the verses of the Quran that were revealed following the incident, o seeker of misguidance? Why did you not explain the commandments and exegesis of the verses of the Quran that were revealed?

THE AUDACITY OF THIS SEEKER OF MISGUIDANCE – Comparing himself and his hypocritical masters to a companion of Badr! If anything, this in itself screams that the person citing this example is a SELLOUT; notwithstanding the fact that they call the christian and buddhist imams of kufr as “your holiness.”

As expected, and as usual, these EVIL SELLOUTS of today howl with their pathetic cries and pleas for husn az-zdhann and their standard blackmail of “adab”.

We Muslims do not show adab to hypocrites and SELLOUTS. Our Master RasulAllah ﷺ has warned us that Allah’s torment descends upon places where hypocrites are called “sayyid” (master), and he has taught us that it is sinful to call abu jahl as abu hakam.

As for comparing the incident of our Badri master Haatib, just so the Muslims know –

FACT – He is a companion of Badr! Their status is more exalted than all of mankind put together other than the prophets. RasulAllah ﷺ has himself said that they are forgiven for WHAT EVER they do. NONE of us have any such guarantees from RasulAllah.

FACT – RasulAllah ﷺ ACCEPTED & ATTESTED to his excuse. Allah corrected his mistake too. The same obviously can’t be said for these sellouts.

FACT – We call the sellout “scholars” of today as sellouts not just for their affinities with the kuffar but their SYSTEMATICALLY teaching kufr and apostasy to Muslims.

Why don’t you just cite the example of ‘abd-Allah bin ubai bin saluul, and call it a day?

After all, RasulAllah ﷺ even prayed his funeral and shrouded him (ibn ubai) in his ﷺ shirt!

O Allah, on this exalted day of Badr, accept this plea of ours by the tawassul of the Master of Badr ﷺ and the companions of Badr ridzwan Allahi ‘alaihim ajma’iin.Aamiin.

The Fallacy of “Differences of Opinion”

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum

This fallacy is often touted by deviants, heretics and zanadiq. It is also propagated by the kafir media that wants mainstream Muslims to follow their bought and paid for slaves, the munafiqin, or at least wants us to “respect their difference of opinion”.

I had addressed this in two previous posts (Click Here and Click Here), but re-stating here under a different heading just to expose the fallacy more bluntly.

When they spew their heretical standpoints, and can’t stand the refutations of Muslims, they hide behind, “We respect your opinion. However, you too learn to respect differences of opinions.”

In simple words, not everything pertaining to deen can be washed away with the “differences of opinion” line, otherwise deen would be in shambles.

For example, to say that adultery or homosexuality is permitted is not a “difference of opinion” among Muslims. It is simply ruled as kufr. Likewise for addressing the imams of kufr as “his holiness.”

For so-called “scholars” to suggest that it is exactly the same issue as differences of opinion on eating crabs or where to place the hands during prayer, is simply outright disingenuity and fraud against Muslims.

As far as Sunni Muslims are concerned, there are unimpeachable matters of creed or canon, violation of which constitutes either bid’ah or kufr; and there are yet other matters where there are very valid differences of opinions between Sunni scholars.

Don’t forget, just about anything can be written off to “differences of opinion”, if we are to extrapolate this line to no end.

Because most people in the world follow the religion of dirty-capitalism guised as secular democracy, to prove it by an example that they may understand – what are democracy and communism if not merely “differences of opinion”?! … and the US went to war over these “differences of opinion”!!!

Imam Al-Ghazali summed it up best:

واتفاق سلف الأمة على ذم المبتدعة ومهاجرتهم وقطع الصحبة معهم وتشديد الإنكار عليهم مع ترك التشديد على المختلفين في مسائل الفرائض وفروع الفقه

The unanimity of the salaf of the ummah is upon the condemnation of the people of bid’ah and those who lean towards them and to sever ties with them, and to be hard in rebuking them; along with being mild upon those with disagreements in matters of the details of carrying out obligations, and the juristic details of fiqh.

Some questions for progressive “Muslims” and their “scholars”

Here is a list of some questions for progressive “Muslims” and their “scholars” (aka munaafiqiin, or self-hating islamites) – you know, people whose lives’ guiding principle is “What will the nonMuslims think of me?” (Disclaimer: These are rhetorical questions and sarcasm aimed at hypocrites.)

Is the mass murder and genocide of Muslims worldwide to spread the religion of secular democracy something good?	But the wars of conquests by the Khulafaa Ar-Raashidiin and Muslim conquerors to rescue mankind from everlasting hellfire something bad?
Are the crusades and the wars to spread “their way of life” something to be proud of?	But the conquests of Muslim sultans to establish Allah’s deen something to be ashamed of?
Is following the commands of the UN and the great ones of the west piety?	But the implementation of the commands of Allah’s Prophet Muhammad ﷺ impiety?
Is the spread of their secular democracy by fire, nuclear weapons, and carpet bombing – pure gold?	But the establishment of Islam by the sword – nothing but dust?
Is forcing the commandments of people onto other people good?	But forcing the commandments of The Creator on His slaves bad?
Is it barbarity to follow the commands of Islam that refine human state?	But civility to follow unrestricted animal instincts of degenerates?
Is following the commands of people the true religion?	But following the commands of The Creator the wrong path?
Is following the commands of the people something praiseworthy?	But following the commands of The Creator something blameworthy?
Do you think following the commands of people will lead you to light?	But following the commands of Allah’s Prophet ﷺ will lead us to darkness?
Is whatever the feeble minds of humans decide, and what changes with time, deemed to be the truth?	But what is sent by revelation deemed to be falsehood?
Is implementing the occidental laws made by man justice and morality?	But implementing the Shari’ah decreed by Allah injustice and immorality?
Is it humanity to join hands with the worshipers of the crucifix and those who disparage Islam & Tawhiid?	But inhumane to show them how incontestably hypocritical, evil and degenerate they are?
Is the worship of Allah’s created slaves something acceptable to a sound mind?	But the upliftment of the deen and the worship of Allah madness?
Is the religion of shirk something to be proud of?	But Tawhiid something to be ashamed of?
Is it uncouth to promote marriage with multiple women?	But civilized to promote promiscuity and adultery?
Is it disgraceful to promote natural feelings of love between men and women in the sacred bond of marriage?	But an honor to promote the unnatural lewdness of faggotry?
Is it correct to ban the hijab and niqab?	But incorrect to ban naked exhibitionism?
Is it a right of your masters to disparage our Master RasulAllah ﷺ?	But bad adab of us to call you as spineless hypocrites and your masters as hell-bound devils?
Is it felicity to address the carriers of the trinity and polytheism as “your holiness”?	But a torment to follow the example of ‘Ibrahiim ‘alaihis salam?
Is it ok for your masters to develop nuclear weapons without any checks or restraint?	But Muslims must seek permission of the people of the world before doing the same?
Is your adaptation, assimilation, and integration into their society and “way of life” something to be joyful about?	But our following the ways of our Master Mustafa ﷺ, and holding our brothers and sisters in deen dear to our hearts something to wail over?

A Yemeni caller to christianity and subservience to the empire of the west has promoted two evil fallacies in order to misguide people away from Islam-

1- The incredibly stupid fallacy of: “humanity before religiosity الإنسانية قبل التدين”

First question to this so called da’iy – Do you have more humanity in you than RasulAllah ﷺ?

Did RasulAllah’s ﷺ teachings separate humanity from religiosity?

Were RasulAllah’s ﷺ humanity and religiosity not intertwined?

Is it not humanity to call people in general or specific individuals towards unending felicity of the hereafter by becoming Muslims?

If you say that the call to Islam must not be by harshness, we reply to you that harshness to kuffar is also a VERY HUMANE thing to express, as our harshness to them is for the sake of deen.

It is similar to the harshness a father shows to his erring child in order to protect him and correct him. It is similar to the harshness law enforcement shows to criminals by administering imprisonment and other punishments in order to reform the criminals as well as protect society.

For example, is it not humane to refute the ugly doctrine of the trinity and show people its filth, or the abject evil of idolatry, so that they may perchance save their hereafter? See this post for more on “good speech” – Click Here.

I ask again to this caller to misguidance – who has a better character than RasulAllah ﷺ?

وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلى خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ

Translation of meaning: And indeed, you are on the most exalted of characters. [Holy Quran 68:4]

The zindiq cites the Prophet’s ﷺ life before he ﷺ started receiving revelation at age 40, that he ﷺ is indeed the most sublime in character, noble, truthful, upright, honest, trustworthy in his dealings with people – in order to prove his point. He forgets that every aspect of humanity that RasulAllah ﷺ practiced before receiving revelation, IS IN FACT A PART OF THE RELIGIOSITY that he ﷺ preached after he announced his prophethood. 

Who has ever suggested that RasulAllah’s ﷺ pre-announcement-of-prophethood actions and temperaments of nobility, trustworthiness, honesty, compassion (among uncountable more) are not a part of the Islam that he taught post-announcement-of-prophethood?!

It is nothing short of disingenuous to suggest that humanity and religiosity are two different things for Muslims and worse yet, to suggest that humanity comes before religiosity. It even gives the subtle and intended/unintended message that not every aspect of Islam is humane, wal ‘eyadhu billah. 

As you will see in the rest of the post below, walaa and baraa, as well as harshness to kuffar, as well as warring against them, are indeed from RasulAllah’s ﷺ immensely humane and sublime character, and there is no creation of Allah more humane than our Master RasulAllah ﷺ who is a Mercy unto both worlds.

2- The incredibly evil fallacy of saying that “there is no walaa and baraa in Islam for/against people and that our dissociation is from deeds only, not from people”:

The missionary propagated this evil fallacy in order to cultivate love, friendships, and affinities for his christian brothers in the hearts of Muslims, and we seek Allah’s refuge from this missionary’s evil.

In order to prove his idiotic point, the caller to perennialism, christianity and misguidance, reads this verse, and tries to give a twisted explanation for it:

وَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقُل لِّي عَمَلِي وَلَكُمْ عَمَلُكُمْ ۖ أَنتُم بَرِيئُونَ مِمَّا أَعْمَلُ وَأَنَا بَرِيءٌ مِّمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ

Translation of meaning: And if they deny you [o Beloved Prophet ﷺ] then say, “My deeds are for me and your deeds are for you; you are dissociated from my doings and I am dissociated from your doings.” [Holy Quran 10:41]

Our answer is simple – We are dissociated from kufr deeds as well as the people professing them. 

Deeds on their own are abstract entities. Allah holds people accountable for deeds and punishes or rewards people for their deeds.

He says that RasulAllah’s ﷺ dissociation from the mushrikin mentioned in Surah At-Tawbah is due to the mushrikin’s dishonoring of a covenant with the Muslims.

He obviously forgot verse 60:4 where dissociation from people itself – on account of their false religions – is mentioned as AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF IBRAHIIM ‘ALAIHIS SALAM TO FOLLOW – إِنَّا بُرَآءُ مِنكُمْ – {We are dissociated/aloof from you}. Complete verse is cited below.

What about the below verses, o caller to christianity?

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضٍ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ

Translation of meaning: O you who believe! Do not take the jews and christians as friends; they are friends of each other; and he who bears affinities to them from amongst you, then he is from them; indeed, Allah does not guide a transgressing people. [Holy Quran 5:51]

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ آبَاءكُمْ وَإِخْوَانَكُمْ أَوْلِيَاء إنِ اسْتَحَبُّواْ الْكُفْرَ عَلَى الإِيمَانِ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

Translation of meaning: O you who believe, do not consider your fathers and brothers as friends, if they love kufr over faith [i.e., Islam], and whoever amongst you bears affinities to them, he is the same transgressor. [Holy Quran 9:23]

قُلْ إِن كَانَ آبَاؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَآؤُكُمْ وَإِخْوَانُكُمْ وَأَزْوَاجُكُمْ وَعَشِيرَتُكُمْ وَأَمْوَالٌ اقْتَرَفْتُمُوهَا وَتِجَارَةٌ تَخْشَوْنَ كَسَادَهَا وَمَسَاكِنُ تَرْضَوْنَهَا أَحَبَّ إِلَيْكُم مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَجِهَادٍ فِي سَبِيلِهِ فَتَرَبَّصُواْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ اللّهُ بِأَمْرِهِ وَاللّهُ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ

Translation of meaning: Say, “If your fathers, and your sons, and your brothers, and your wives, and your clansmen, and your wealth you earned, and those trades wherein you fear losses and those dwellings pleasing to you – are dearer to you than Allah and His Messenger, and jihad in His cause, then watch out until Allah implements His command, and Allah guides not the open sinners. [Holy Quran 9:24]

مُّحَمَّدٌ رَّسُولُ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ أَشِدَّاء عَلَى الْكُفَّارِ رُحَمَاء بَيْنَهُمْ تَرَاهُمْ رُكَّعًا سُجَّدًا يَبْتَغُونَ فَضْلًا مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرِضْوَانًا سِيمَاهُمْ فِي وُجُوهِهِم مِّنْ أَثَرِ السُّجُودِ ذَلِكَ مَثَلُهُمْ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَمَثَلُهُمْ فِي الْإِنجِيلِ كَزَرْعٍ أَخْرَجَ شَطْأَهُ فَآزَرَهُ فَاسْتَغْلَظَ فَاسْتَوَى عَلَى سُوقِهِ يُعْجِبُ الزُّرَّاعَ لِيَغِيظَ بِهِمُ الْكُفَّارَ وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ مِنْهُم مَّغْفِرَةً وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًا

Translation of meaning: Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and those who are with him, are hard against kuffaar, [but] compassionate amongst each other. Thou wilt see them bow and prostrate themselves (in prayer), seeking Grace from Allah and (His) rida. On their faces are their marks, (being) the traces of their prostration. This is their similitude in the Torah; and their similitude in the Injil: like a seed which sends forth its blade, then makes it strong; it then becomes thick, and it stands on its own stem, (filling) the sowers with wonder and delight. As a result, it fills the kuffaar with rage at them. Allah has promised those among them who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness, and a great reward.[Holy Quran 48:29]

لَّا تَجِدُ قَوْمًا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ يُوَادُّونَ مَنْ حَادَّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَلَوْ كَانُوا آبَاءَهُمْ أَوْ أَبْنَاءَهُمْ أَوْ إِخْوَانَهُمْ أَوْ عَشِيرَتَهُمْ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ كَتَبَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ الْإِيمَانَ وَأَيَّدَهُم بِرُوحٍ مِّنْهُ ۖ وَيُدْخِلُهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا عَنْهُ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ حِزْبُ اللَّهِ ۚ أَلَا إِنَّ حِزْبَ اللَّهِ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ

Translation of meaning: You shall not find those who believe in Allah and the last day – that they befriend those who have opposed Allah and His Messenger – even if, they are their fathers, or sons, or brothers, or clansmen; they are those on whose hearts Allah has stamped iman (faith) and helped them with a spirit from His commanding; and He shall admit them in gardens beneath which rivers flow, therein to abide for ever; Allah being radzi with them, and them being pleased with Allah; this is the party of Allah; verily, ONLY Allah’s party is victorious. [Holy Quran 58:22]

قَدْ كَانَتْ لَكُمْ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ فِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ إِذْ قَالُوا لِقَوْمِهِمْ إِنَّا بُرَآءُ مِنكُمْ وَمِمَّا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ كَفَرْنَا بِكُمْ وَبَدَا بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمُ الْعَدَاوَةُ وَالْبَغْضَاءُ أَبَدًا حَتَّىٰ تُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَحْدَهُ إِلَّا قَوْلَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لِأَبِيهِ لَأَسْتَغْفِرَنَّ لَكَ وَمَا أَمْلِكُ لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ ۖ رَّبَّنَا عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ

Translation of meaning: Indeed, an excellent example has been set up for you, in Ibraahiim and those with him [i.e., those who declared faith in Allah following Ibraahiim], when they declared to their people, “We are aloof from you and that you worship besides Allah, we reject you and there has appeared enmity and hatred/grudge between us and you until forever unless you believe in Allah, the one and only” except Ibraahiim’s saying to his father, “I shall indeed ask for forgiveness for you* and I am not the possessor [of any benefit] to you in front of Allah; our Lord! In You do we place our trust, and to You do we turn, and to You is our final return.” [Holy Quran 60:4]

Our Master RasulAllah ﷺ said:

لاَ تَقُولُوا لِلْمُنَافِقِ سَيِّدٌ، فَإنَّهُ إنْ يَكُ سَيِّداً فَقَدْ أسْخَطْتُمْ رَبَّكُمْ

Translation of meaning: Do NOT say to a hypocrite “master” for if he was [your] “master”, your Lord would have punished you. (Sunan Abi Dawuud with Sahih chain)

Even though the kafir sufis pretending to be true Muslim scholar sufis are annoyed to quote it, our Master RasulAllah has said the following in a famous and graded hasan Hadiith. This below hadiith’s underlying principle is the CORNERSTONE OF TASAWWUF OF ALL REAL SUFIS:

أوثق عرى الإيمان الحب في الله، والبغض في الله – الطبراني

Translation of meaning: The MOST CEMENTED bond of faith is LOVE for Allah and HATE for Allah. (Tabaraniy)

Ibn Abi Shaybah narrates in his Musannaf:

بن عباس قال أحب في الله ووال في الله وعاد في الله فانما تنال ولاية بذلك لا يجد رجل طعم الايمان وإن كثرت صلاته وصيامه حتى يكون كذلك – مصنف ابن أبي شيبة

Ibn ‘Abbas  [RasulAllah’s ﷺ beloved cousin] said [whoever] loves for Allah’s sake, and befriends for Allah’s sake, and holds enmity for Allah’s sake, then indeed [he] would attain Allah’s friendship by this. A man can’t find the sweetness of faith even if he exceeds in prayers and fasting, unless he’s like this. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah)

This is verse 9:73 of the Quran, one of the last few verses to be revealed:

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ جَاهِدِ الْكُفَّارَ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ وَاغْلُظْ عَلَيْهِمْ

Translation of meaning: O [beloved] Prophet! Launch jihad against the kafirs and the hypocrites and be tough with them. [Holy Quran 9:73 (and also 66:9)]

In Tafsiir Al-Baghawiy [1], it says under this verse:

وقال عَطَاءٌ: نَسَخَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ مِنَ الْعَفْوِ وَالصَّفْحِ

And ‘Ataa [2] said: This verse ABROGATES ALL THINGS [previously ordained] in terms of forgiveness and forbearance [towards the kuffar and munaafiqeen].

[1] – Please note that the exact same thing is also mentioned in Zaad Al-Masiir, Ruuh Al-Ma’aani, Jaami’ Al-Ahkam Al-Quran of Qurtubi, and many other books of tafsiir and ahkam al-Quran.

[2] – ‘Ataa [bin Abi Rabah] was one of the teachers of Imam Abu Hanifa, about whom Abu Hanifa said that he hasn’t seen a more pious and knowledgeable man than him.

It is true that during the Makkan period, when the hujjah, the proofs and evidences, for his call were in the midst of being established, Allah commanded the Prophet ﷺ and believers to pardon and overlook UNTIL HIS COMMAND WOULD BE REVEALED. See for example verse 109 of Surah Baqarah

فَاعْفُوا وَاصْفَحُوا حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَ اللَّهُ بِأَمْرِهِ

Translation of meaning: … So forgive and forbear until Allah sends His command … [Holy Quran 2:109]

Allah’s further command as mentioned in that and similar verses of the Makkan period is revealed in this (9:73) and the other verses of war commanding zero clemency and forgiveness. All this forgiveness and forbearance and clemency to the kafirs is ABROGATED with this verse.

Dealing justly, evenhandedly and fairly, and basic human courteousness are required of all Muslims at all times in ALL dealings with anyone, Muslim or kafir, but courteousness and politeness do NOT extend to hypocrites and apostates.

However our FORGIVENESS and FORBEARANCE are ONLY for our brothers and sisters in Islam, and NOT for kafirs. This is the EXALTED CHARACTER & ADAB OF RASULALLAH ﷺ.

The munaafiqeen love to issue rulings based on abrogations. These kafirs will eventually bring forward the verse asking believers not to pray drunk, and try to establish that drinking is allowed at other times! May Allah damn their faces.

In Tafsiir Al-Baydzaawiy, it says under this verse (9:73):

وقال ابن عباس: أمره الله- تعالى- بجهاد المنافقين باللسان وأذهب الرفق عنهم

And Ibn ‘Abbas said: Allah Ta’ala COMMANDED him [the Beloved Prophet ﷺ] with jihad against the munaafiqeen by the tongue, and by CEASING all gentleness / courteousness / politeness towards them.

THE BEST ADAB IS THE ADAB OF RASULALLAH ﷺ

– LOVE, TENDERNESS, COMPASSION, FRIENDSHIPS & AFFINITIES ONLY BETWEEN MUSLIM BROTHERS AND SISTERS

– JUSTICE AND FAIR DEALING WITH ALL PEOPLE, MUSLIM OR NOT, IN ALL WORLDLY MATTERS. This obviously includes simple human courtesies and generally civil behavior.

 – NO FRIENDSHIPS, AFFINITIES, FORGIVENESS AND FORBEARANCE TO KAFIRS

– NO POLITENESS OR COURTEOUSNESS TO MUNAAFIQEEN, ZANAADIIQ OR APOSTATES. They need to be rebuked very harshly at all times as they are the vilest of all life forms. Hypocrisy is such an evil that even those who disbelieve in Islam, are repelled by it. They must be completely shunned and boycotted by all Muslims. It is a crime against humanity to as much as smile politely to them. Even trade transactions with them are not permitted if a Muslim can avoid it.

Hadith: RasulAllah ﷺ commanded Ka’ab bin Maalik not to marry a jewess or christian woman

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum

Sunan Al-Kubra of Bayhaqiy, Sunan Dar Qutniy,

Mu’ajam Al-Kabeer of Tabarani, Marasiil of Abu Dawud

عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ، يَهُودِيَّةً أَوْ نَصْرَانِيَّةً، فَسَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَنَهَاهُ عَنْهَا وَقَالَ: ” إِنَّهَا لَا تُحْصِنُكَ “

Translation of meaning: ‘Ali bin Abi Talhah narrates on the authority of Ka’ab bin Maalik that he [Ka’ab] wanted to marry a jewess or christian woman, and he asked RasulAllah ﷺ [about the matter], so he [RasulAllah ﷺ] forbade him from her (i.e., a christian or jew woman), and said, “She will not fortify you.”

Sunan Al-Kubra of Bayhaqiy

وَثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ثنا الصَّلْتُ بْنُ بَهْرَامَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يَقُولُ: تَزَوَّجَ حُذَيْفَةُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَهُودِيَّةً، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنْ يُفَارِقَهَا، فَقَالَ: ” إِنِّي أَخْشَى أَنْ تَدَعُوا الْمُسْلِمَاتِ وَتَنْكِحُوا الْمُومِسَاتِ ” وَهَذَا مِنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَلَى طَرِيقِ التَّنْزِيهِ وَالْكَرَاهَةِ، فَفِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى أَنَّ حُذَيْفَةَ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ أَحَرَامٌ هِيَ؟ قَالَ: لَا وَلَكِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ تُعَاطُوا الْمُومِسَاتِ مِنْهُنَّ

Translation of meaning: Abu Wael says [i.e., narrated]: Hudhayfah radzi Allahu ‘anhu married a jewess. So ‘Omar radzi Allahu ‘anhu wrote to him to leave her, and he said, “I’m afraid you’ll leave the Muslimahs (Muslim women) and marry harlots.” And this was from ‘Omar radzi Allahu ‘anhu on the way of abstinence and dislike (i.e., the safer and better thing to do). And in another narration [it is mentioned], Hudhayfah wrote to him [‘Omar], “Is she haram (i.e., forbidden on me)?” He [‘Omar] said, “No, but I am afraid of the harlots among them abusing [you].”

Mu’ajam Al-Kabiir of Tabaraniy

عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: «نُهِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا مَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ الْمُهَاجِرَاتِ» قَالَ: {لَا يَحِلُّ لَكَ النِّسَاءُ مِنْ بَعْدُ} [الأحزاب: 52] الْآيَةُ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: {وَامْرَأَةٌ مُؤْمِنَةٌ إِنْ وَهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ} [الأحزاب: 50] وَحَرَّمَ كُلَّ ذَاتِ دِينٍ غَيْرِ الْإِسْلَامِ، قَالَ {وَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِالْإِيمَانِ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ} [المائدة: 5] الْآيَةَ: {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِنَّا أَحْلَلْنَا لَكَ أَزْوَاجَكَ} [الأحزاب: 50] إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: {الْمُؤْمِنِينَ} [الأحزاب: 50] وَحَرَّمَ مَا سِوَى ذَلِكَ مِنْ أَصْنَافِ النِّسَاءِ، وَقَدْ نَكَحَ طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ يَهُودِيَّةً، وَنَكَحَ حُذَيْفَةُ بْنُ الْيَمَانِ نَصْرَانِيَّةً، فَغَضِبَ عُمَرُ غَضَبًا شَدِيدًا حَتَّى هَمَّ أَنْ يَسْطُوَ عَلَيْهِمَا، فَقَالُوا: نَحْنُ نُطَلِّقُ، وَلَا تَغْضَبُ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: لَئِنْ حَلَّ طَلَاقُهُنَّ لَقَدْ حَلَّ نِكَاحُهُنَّ، وَلَكِنْ لَنَنْزِعُهُنَّ صُفْرَةً قُمَاةً

Translation of meaning: Ibn ‘Abbas said: “RasulAllah ﷺ was not allowed any women [for marriage] other than the believing migrant women (migrants from Makkah to Medina).” He said {Not permitted on you any more women after this} [Holy Quran 33:50], the verse, to his saying {and a believing lady who dedicates her life to the Prophet} [Holy Quran 33:50] and everyone whose religion is not Islam, was forbidden; he said {And whoever disbelieves from iman (faith), his deeds (i.e., past good deeds in a state of Islam) have been destroyed} [Holy Quran 5:5], the verse: {O informer of the unseen (i.e., Prophet), We have made lawful to you your wives}[Holy Quran 33:50] until His saying {the believers}[Holy Quran 33:50]; and all categories of women other than these were forbidden [on RasulAllah ﷺ]. And Talhah bin ‘Obaydullah* married a jewess , and Hudhayfah bin Yaman married a christian woman, and ‘Omar [bin Al-Khattab, radzi Allahu ‘anhu] became severely angry to the extent that he grieved they might pillage them [Talhah and Hudhayfah]. So they [Talhah and Hudhayfah] said, “We will divorce, and do not be angry.” So ‘Omar said, “If divorcing them is allowed, so is marrying them; but we should leave them to lowliness [rather than taking them as our wives].”

*- Our master Talhah bin ‘Obaydullah was one of the ‘Asharah Mubashsharah, the 10 companions whom RasulAllah ﷺ gave glad tidings of paradise right on this earth during their lifetimes.

عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: «لَا تَحِلُّ نِسَاءُ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ إذَا كَانُوا حَرْبًا» قَالَ: وَتَلَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ: {قَاتِلُوا الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاَللَّهِ وَلَا بِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ} إلَى قوله: {وَهُمْ صَاغِرُونَ} 

Translation of meaning: Mujahid narrates from Ibn ‘Abbas, that he said: “The women of the ahl al-kitab are not permitted if they are harbiy”. He [Mujahid] said: And he [Ibn ‘Abbas] read this verse: {War against those who do not believe in Allah nor in the Last Day (Day of Judgment)} until His saying, {and they are subdued.}[Holy Quran 9:29].

Sahiih Bukhariy

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، كَانَ إِذَا سُئِلَ عَنْ نِكَاحِ النَّصْرَانِيَّةِ، وَالْيَهُودِيَّةِ، قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ حَرَّمَ الْمُشْرِكَاتِ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، وَلاَ أَعْلَمُ مِنَ الإِشْرَاكِ شَيْئًا أَكْبَرَ مِنْ أَنْ تَقُولَ الْمَرْأَةُ رَبُّهَا عِيسَى، وَهْوَ عَبْدٌ مِنْ عِبَادِ اللَّهِ

Translation of meaning: When Ibn ‘Omar was asked regarding marrying a christian or a jewess, he said, “Indeed, Allah has forbidden the polytheistic women on the believers [i.e., Muslims], and I do not know of a greater polytheistic thing than a woman’s* saying [that] her god is ‘Eisa [‘alaihis salam] (Jesus) and he is a slave from the slaves of Allah.”

*- It is equally blasphemous if a man says it too. Just that the context here is women.

This hadiith from Sahih Bukhariy also handsomely negates the evil and misleading comment that all three of Islam, judaism, and christianity are monotheistic religions, as well as the comment that all three of Islam, christianity, and judaism are “Abrahamic” religions. In light of Islam, it is a travesty to utter both these comments, and any Muslims who have uttered/repeated these kind of slogans and dog-whistles initiated by the hypocrites, should sincerely repent to Allah. Muslim men living in dar al-harb lands (lands not belonging to Muslims and/or ruled by Islamic laws) should take good counsel from the above mentioned narrations, and the rulings of fuqahaa. 

Yes, it is allowed for Muslim men to marry dhimmi christian and jew women, but that too is not liked. As can be seen from the narration of our Master ‘Omar radzi Allahu ‘anhu, he got angered at SENIOR COMPANIONS of RasulAllah ﷺ for marrying christian/jew women, and that was in HIS times. Think of the state of the world and the state of Islam and Muslims in our times and just imagine how detrimental it will be for the interests of Islam and Muslims to marry christian/jew women!

Furthermore, in HIS times, ‘Omar radzi Allahu ‘anhu was afraid that his Muslim brothers – SENIOR & WISE COMPANIONS OF RASULALLAH ﷺ MORESO – might be abused by christian/jew harlots. Do we even need to mention the current state of the world in our times in regards to the characters of women of kafir lands?!

‘Omar radzi Allahu ‘a’anhu reprimanded Talhah bin ‘Obaydullah, a companion GUARANTEED paradise by RasulAllah ﷺ himself, for marrying an ahl al-kitab woman as it was not a safe option. Just do the math and think where you and I stand compared to Talhah bin ‘Obaydullah, whether by our own deeds or the times and circumstances we live in!!!

There are no dhimmis in these times. Even Muslims living in countries like Egypt or Pakistan or Indonesia should not marry christian or jew women. 

The perennialist from Yemen who pretends to be a caller to Islam waxes pretentiously that if it is not allowed to “love” his christian brothers, then what answer do we Muslims have in regards to the permission of Muslim men to marry christian and jew women! He should ponder over the above narrations, and think about the state of the world in our times, and the interests of Islam and Muslims. 

Muslim brothers, do NOT forget – we will be questioned by Allah on how we raised our children. A person who is pleased with kufr, becomes a kafir. In a western nation, a Muslim father has no way to ensure that in the event of his death, the Muslim members of the family will get the custody of the child and be able to raise him a Muslim – assuming he even has any Muslim next of kin in that land to start with!

In a dar al-Islam, it is mandated that a Muslim’s child to a christian or jewish wife will be handed over to the Muslim side of the family and raised Muslim. If the father has no surviving next of kin, the state will ensure that the child is raised Muslim by Muslim guardians.

Same case for divorces. A Muslim husband will have no way to ensure custody in a divorce case in a kafir land. In fact, he might be legally required to pay child support to the kafir mother to raise the child a kafir! We seek Allah’s refuge for ourselves and our children. 

A Muslim husband in a Muslim land, being the head of the family, can and will ensure that things like pork, alcohol, the bible, the crucifix, the star of David, the menorah, easter eggs, christmas trees and other such things do not find a place in his home, despite the wife being a christian or jew. Is this realistically possible in a kafir land?

Notwithstanding the fact that so many Muslim sisters face so many problems in our society, be it in Muslim nations or kafir nations. It would be nothing short of an atrocity for a Muslim man to wax knowledgeable and pretentious about “but we are permitted to marry christian and jew women” in our times, the atrocity being upon his own soul, and we seek Allah’s refuge.

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum

1- The hypocrite from california contends:

‘There is no takfeer of a community in Islam.’

Refutation –

2 words for you, californian: apostasy wars.

Muslims should get acquainted with the wars against apostates during the khilafah (caliphate) of the first Khaliifah of RasulAllah ﷺ, our master Abu Bakr Siddiiq radzi Allahu ‘anhu.

There are inalienable matters of creed in Islam, the denial of which constitutes apostasy. Our master Abu Bakr radzi Allahu ‘anhu fought against the apostates who denied the obligation of zakat, one of the five pillars of Islam, as well as other apostates who accepted false claimants to prophethood. Interestingly, the filthy californian was answering a question from a qadiani, a group of apostates who believe in a false claimant to prophethood.

This is not like the nonsensical anathematization of the khawarij who anathematize Muslims for major sins or what THEY THINK in their feeble minds to be inalienable matters of creed [not based on the teachings of RasulAllah ﷺ and his deputies, the sahabah]. See previous post – Nuances – Part 2

2- The hypocrite from california contends:

‘You can cause people to reject Islam by refuting other religions.We have to keep in mind the principle of averting harm (سد الذرائع ).’

This has got to be the most perverted explanation of the principle of sadd adh-dharayi’ or averting harm, notwithstanding unbelievably stupid.

So do we spread Islam and aid people to accept it by praising or appeasing the kufr that they are engrossed in? How exactly do we spread Islam by accepting or appeasing or pacifying the exact opposite of Islam?

It’s like saying we will win the match if we don’t upset the other team by scoring against them!

Has this idiot even read the biographies of our Masters RasulAllah ﷺ and Ibrahiim or any other prophet of Allah, salawatullahi ‘alaihim?

Coming to averting harm – what is a greater harm for a kafir – everlasting suffering in the inferno, or maybe a moment of feeling uneasy when a Muslim refutes his false religion?

One harm is CERTAINLY averted, and another one may be averted if we negate and destroy the evil doctrines of kufr, like the trinity for instance.

a) There is no harm greater than kufr. By negating kufr, we certainly do our part in deterring the advancement of kufr; and we do our part in aiding in the upliftment and advancement of Islam. This is work towards a CERTAIN aversion of harm.

b) Perchance a kafir understands the darkness and gloom of kufr and sees the light of Islam and becomes Muslim, we have averted a great harm from him – the harm of everlasting suffering in the inferno which is sure to befall anyone who dies outside of Islam!

3- The californian hypocrite’s 3rd contention takes on from the 2nd one mentioned above:

‘Because the Prophet ﷺ said that he ﷺ will be the advocate of a dhimmi who is unjustly wronged.’

Are there any dhimmis in these times?

Is negating kufr unjustly wronging a dhimmi? Would reading the Surah Ikhlas in front of an idolater dhimmi be ‘unjustly wronging’ him?

For what exactly are we commanded to charge the jizyah – the very thing that accords a kafir dhimmi status? The Quran says explicitly that the jizyah is a humiliation and a penalty for them because of their disbelief in Islam.

The Prophet ﷺ said that (the hadith that the shameless californian cites with his usual lies, spins, and doublespeak) in regards to personal rights of the dhimmi, that the dhimmi is protected by the state – Muslims are not permitted to hurt him or cheat him and so on. It doesn’t mean that we appease his kufr! The very imposition of the jizyah is a blow on every religion other than Islam.

4- The idiot munafiq further contends

‘We have our creed. The previous Sharii’ah’s are abrogated and Islam supersedes them. I’m not a perennialist but I believe there is a validity in those previous religions, and that Allah maintains and sustains people through it because He is The Most Merciful. This validity aids those people when they’re sick, when they pray, and so on. Until something better comes along, that is what Allah has given those people.’

Firstly, let us get the latter part of this contention out of the way.

Allah maintains and sustains all people – EVEN SATANISTS. He is The Most Merciful.

In this world, His Mercy extends to all – even those who do not believe in Him. He gives them health, wealth, sustenance, offspring etc. regardless of their acceptance or non-acceptance of Islam.

It is incredibly useless, pathetic, and disingenuous for the perennialism cheerleader to say that all of this is on account of the ‘validity in previous religions’. Did the californian not see atheists and satanists being given children or luxuries or healing from sickness? Or are atheism and satanism too counted as denominations of his perennialist religion?

He mentions the prayers of the kuffar! As if they’re accepted by Allah! The Quran says clearly that the prayers of kafirs are nothing but astray.

Like a true mutazilite (notwithstanding munafiq), the californian says that until something better comes along that is what Allah has given those people, as if Allah has to wait for events to happen (al-‘eyadhu bi(A)llah). Does the californian not know that Allah can MAKE the better thing come along to them?

Does he not know that the truth and falsehood have both been made manifest and people have the opportunity to accept the truth?

5 – The munafiq laments being [supposedly] Muslim and contends

‘Muslims do a lot of weird things. We have people who do honor killings and think it is a part of Islam, and denigrating other religions doesn’t help this.’

Honor killings are NOT a part of Islam.

If fools think that it is, then how exactly does negation of kufr abet this crime?

Does an honor killing automatically happen every time someone says that the trinity is a filthy belief?

What about when we read the Quran? Do honor killings automatically happen when we read the verses negating trinity and idol worship, and the smashing of the idols by our Master Ibrahiim ‘alaihis salam (wal ‘eyadhu bi(A)llah)?

Has YOUR pacifying and appeasing of kufr helped eliminate these crimes? In fact, has it even lowered the crime rate in the san francisco bay area?

Honor killings are a criminal problem in many Asian nations, and take place in Muslim as well as kafir communities (like hindus and sikhs), but don’t let that little fact get in the way of some good old fashioned ummah-bashing that you hypocrites are known for and described by in the Quran!

He talks about ‘Muslims doing weird things’ as if his kafir brothers and sisters are pure of all absurdity and weirdness.

– IT IS CERTAINLY NOT – spiritual arrogance.

It is nothing other than SOUND FAITH IN ISLAM.

But it is this very sound faith that annoys the filthy hypocrite. He wishes for Muslims to equate Islam with the filthy religions of his infidel brothers and sisters. He is pained by the refutation of falsehood. He is pained at the spread of the truth.

Just as Imam Ghazali says, just as bats are pained at the spreading of light, this filthy kafir from california who pretends to be a Muslim, is pained when a Muslim refutes the filthy, ugly beliefs of kufr like trinity.

We pray to Allah to cleanse the world of the fitnah of this evil hypocrite from california whose life’s aim seems to be just to try and extinguish the light of the religion of Allah. But the filthy kafir doesn’t know that Allah’s religion shall ALWAYS be dominant.

What is Islam? Who were & are the believers? Who were & are the disbelievers? Past nations. Past “religions”. Validity. Abrogation. Perennialism.

Salvation is ONLY dependent on complete, sincere, and unyielding belief in Prophet Muhammad ﷺ

Head to toe, he’s the Mercy of Allah;

Master of all creation – this Bondservant of Allah!

Says the Quran, that he personifies Belief in Allah;

Says Belief – ‘My lifeblood is RasulAllah ﷺ’!

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum

It will be beneficial for new Muslims to clear the air in simple, crisp, layman language and undo the confusion caused by the perennialist enemies of Islam. It will also be beneficial for children who may encounter perennialist teachers at “Islamic” schools, as is becoming quite common in the west.

Let us proceed methodically.

What is Islam?

It refers to submitting oneself in complete and utter humility and servitude to Allah, The Creator & Owner of everything.

Islam has been THE ONLY religion acceptable to Allah from the beginning of time.

There are 2 parts to it

1- Beliefs / Creed / Articles of Faith

Islam is the belief in The Tawhiid of Allah, The Creator & Owner of all creation.

Belief in Allah, however, is only an empty claim UNLESS & UNTIL one ALSO accepts & believes in –

ALL the Prophets of Allah.

ALL the Angels of Allah.

ALL the Books sent by Allah.

Life after death & the Day of Judgement.

Good & bad fate being from Allah.

Denial of ANY aspect of faith is denial of belief in Allah, even if one claims to believe in Him.

One has to declare belief in ALL the facets of belief mentioned above, along with their accompanying details – like knowing about the Attributes of Allah correctly in addition to declaring belief in His Tawhiid, believing in the Angels correctly without believing nonsense like they disobey Allah or make mistakes; considering the Prophets as infallible and immune to sinning or withholding from the message and so on.

2- The religious law or canon to live one’s life by (aka Shari’ah). This canon is given by Allah through revelation to His Prophets. This too can be divided into 2 parts:

2a- The unambiguous and unimpeachable aspects of it. Example – The obligation to pray 5 times a day. The denial of such aspects or even expressing doubt about them is DISBELIEF.

2b- The aspects open to interpretation. Example – Where to place the hands in prayer. Denial of such matters is not disbelief.

Denial of any facet of belief mentioned above makes one a disbeliever, and in the case of such people, there is no point talking about the adherence to the canon.

Who were the believers in the past?

They were the people who declared belief in Allah & His Prophets as per the above definitions of belief.

They accepted Allah’s Tawhiid, His Angels, the current book that they had, the current Prophet sent to them, fate, life after death, day of judgment. They also accepted the canon brought by the current Prophet sent to them.

Example – The followers of our Master Muusa ‘alaihis salam in the currency of his prophethood, who accepted the creed of Islam, as well as the Book and the canon that he brought with him. Acceptance of the then current Prophet (Muusa ‘alaihis salam) meant they also acknowledged the past Prophets sent by Allah, like our Masters Ibrahiim & Nuuh, ‘alaihimus salam.

Who were the disbelievers in the past?

Those who rejected the Prophets sent to them. Rejection of ANY Prophet of Allah is declaring disbelief in Him, regardless of any claim of belief in Tawhiid or lack thereof.

Example – Those children of Israel who rejected belief in our Master ‘Eisa ‘alaihis salam when he was sent to them as the current prophet and/or rejection of the Book and the canon he brought with him. Now EVEN IF they claimed to accept Tawhiid or our Master Muusa and the past book or canon, they were DISBELIEVERS – because they were informed of the next Prophet to arrive. Rejection of our Master ‘Eisa (Jesus) ‘alaihis salam at this time would also mean a rejection of our Master Muusa ‘alaihis salam; while acceptance of the current Prophet would also mean acceptance of all of the past ones.

The Quran talks about both groups, believers in our Master ‘Eisa’s prophethood, and disbelievers:

فَآمَنَت طَّائِفَةٌ مِّن بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَكَفَرَت طَّائِفَةٌ

Translation of meaning: A group of the children of Israel believed [in ‘Eisa] and a group disbelieved [Holy Quran- part of verse 61:14]

Another example – Those children of Israel who supposedly accepted our Master ‘Eisa but started disbelieving in Allah (and therefore His Prophets) by coming up with the evil belief of trinity.

The Quran refutes this disgusting, filthy, evil belief of the trinity in many places.

Another example – Those infidel children of Israel who murdered prophets.

All the past prophets of Allah informed of the next Prophet to arrive.

The Injiil informed about the arrival of our Master Muhammad ﷺ, the last & final Prophet of Allah, as did the Torah.

Past “religions”

In Islamic discourse, a past “religion” could refer to any of the following:

The TRUTHFUL Creed, Book & canon given to a past Prophet. (this is in reality Islam)

The CORRUPTED creed, book or canon of the people who veered away from the truthful Creed and Book and/or canon of a past prophet.

The CORRUPTED creedal system (no point talking about canon here) that has nothing to do with any Prophet or what ever he brought with him. (example, idolatry)

example of –

TRUTHFUL past “religion” – like the “religion” of the followers of Muusa ‘alaihis salam during the currency of his prophethood, who accepted Tawhiid, the current Prophet, and the Book and canon he brought with him.

TRUTHFUL past “religion” – like the religion of the disciples of our Master ‘Eisa ‘alaihis salam, who believed in Tawhiid and accepted our Master ‘Eisa as Allah’s created slave and prophet, and accepted the Book and the canon he brought with him.

FALSE past “religion” – like the corrupted religion of the infidels who believed in the trinity after our Master ‘Eisa ‘alaihis salam was raised unto the skies.

FALSE past “religion” – like the corrupted religion of the infidels who refused to accept our Master ‘Eisa ‘alaihis salam as Allah’s Prophet when he was sent to them.

FALSE past “religion” – like the religion [i.e., creed; no point talking about canon] of the idol worshipers.

Abrogation

It is Allah’s Sunnah to abrogate certain laws with equivalent laws or by something better for His slaves.

Examples of abrogation – Marriage between brothers and sisters was permitted in the times of our Father & Master Adam ‘alaihis salam. This permission was abrogated after that. In the time of our Master Nuuh ‘alaihis salam, any and every animal was permitted to be eaten. This was abrogated in the laws of all subsequent Prophets. The permission for a man to keep two sisters in marriage simultaneously is abrogated in the current Shari’ah given to our Master RasulAllah ﷺ.

Certain laws are not abrogated. Example – the prohibition of eating swine.

When we say “Islam abrogates” past “religions”, it is ONLY referring to the fact that the CURRENT Book & Canon of ISLAM is abrogating past Books and canons of the past Prophets of ISLAM, for the basic elements of belief itself are not abrogated.

The Book & canon brought by our Master ‘Eisa abrogated the past Book and the canon before it.

The Quran and the Shari’ah, the canon brought by our Master RasulAllah ﷺ, the last & final prophet of Allah, abrogate all past books and canons.

We acknowledge the past Prophets as truthful Prophets sent by Allah, we acknowledge that the Books and canons that they were given, in their true form were indeed from Allah.

When we say “Islam abrogates christianity” – it only means that the Shari’ah of our Master Rasulullah ﷺ abrogates the Shari’ah of our Master ‘Eisa. In this context, “Christianity” refers to the TRUE religion of the followers of our Master ‘Eisa ‘alaihis salam and it is IN REALITY ISLAM.

Islam has always been the ONLY religion acceptable to Allah.

As far as false religions like hinduism or trinity-based christianity, there is nothing to abrogate since they were not even extant to start with! They were simply man made evil beliefs.

Truth & Validity

Do the past religions have any truth or validity in them?

If by “past religions” we imply the Books and canons of the past Prophets, based on sound Tawhiid, then they WERE IN REALITY ISLAM, based on Tawhiid.

The “Judaism” before the arrival of our Master ‘Eisa that was based on Tawhiid and the TRUE Book & canon given to our Master Moses was IN REALITY ISLAM.

The “Christianity” that was brought by our Master ‘Eisa which was based on sound Tawhiid and had NOTHING to do with the filthy belief of trinity, and based on the TRUE Book & canon given to him, was IN REALITY ISLAM.

Those “religions” are 100% TRUE in their true, un-corrupted form, but of course they are abrogated, even though some aspects of those canons survive into the next canon as well. Example, prohibition of adultery and homosexuality carries on from canon to canon.

Example of an abrogated aspect is that we are not permitted to drink alcohol in our Shari’ah.

What about the current forms of judaism or christianity?

In the current form their books and canons are corrupted, notwithstanding the christian belief of trinity being a pagan belief. As we know through the teachings of OUR MASTER RASULALLAH ﷺ they of course still have remnants of the true canons given to past Prophets. Example, prohibition of adultery.

So can we say that judaism and christianity OF NOW (since the advent of our Master RasulAllah ﷺ) are true religions?

No.

FIRSTLY – the judaism since the advent of our Mater ‘Eisa (Jesus Christ) ‘alaihis salam has been a FALSE religion. Our Master ‘Eisa was sent to the children of Israel and they refused to believe in him. They even plotted to try and kill him (many of them in the past too murdered prophets) but Allah protected him.

SECONDLY – the jews and christians have corrupted the creed they got from past prophets.

The christians have invented the disgusting, filthy, polytheistic belief of trinity which has NOTHING to do with what our Master ‘Eisa brought with him.

The jews too have corrupted many beliefs and invented beliefs that suit their fancies. For instance, the belief that they can do whatever they wish and disobey Allah and yet they are accepted by Allah.

Both these groups have also corrupted the Books and the canons they received.

They have taken their priests and rabbis as gods who dictate the permissible and the impermissible to them.

THIRDLY – For argument’s sake, let us hypothetically say that there are people today who [supposedly] believe in Tawhiid just as Muslims do, and they follow the UN-CORRUPTED Books and canons given to their past prophets, and yet do not accept the current Prophet our Master Muhammad ﷺ – they are STILL DISBELIEVERS IN ALLAH (KAFIRS) – for REJECTION OF ANY ONE prophet of Allah is rejection ALL Prophets of Allah and denial of belief in Allah.

The TRUE BOOKS & CANONS given to past Prophets contained prophecies for the last Prophet, our Master RasulAllah ﷺ to arrive and the command to follow him when he does arrive. So if they are TRULY following the laws of Muusa or ‘Eisa ‘alaihimus salam, they would be accepting RasulAllah ﷺ.

The Quran says this in crystal clear language, that they recognize RasulAllah ﷺ like they recognize their sons because of the signs mentioned in the Books and Canons given to the past Prophets.

And the Quran says in crystal clear language that to attain salvation, they have to follow their books 100% WHICH MEANS TO ALSO FOLLOW THE COMMANDS IN THOSE BOOKS TO FOLLOW RASULALLAH ﷺ WHEN HE ARRIVES.

So indeed christianity and judaism of now are NOT true religions by a long shot, for the TRUE RELIGION of MUUSA & ‘EISA ‘ALAIHIMUS SALAM COMMANDED TO FOLLOW THE NEXT PROPHET TO ARRIVE, AND TO FOLLOW THE LAST PROPHET OF ALLAH, OUR MASTER RASULALLAH ﷺ.

christians and jews of today are KAFIRS and if they want to attain salvation in the hereafter, they HAVE TO declare belief in our Master RasulAllah ﷺ and accept ALL that he ﷺ brought with him.

Don’t all religions (christianity, judaism, buddhism etc.) have some Islamically valid and universal rules like “don’t lie”, “don’t steal” etc.?

Firstly, these basic truths like ‘do not lie’ and ‘do not steal’ pertain to canonical laws on how to live one’s life. Allah’s Tawhiid is the FIRST & MOST ESSENTIAL TRUTH, upon which such matters rest. The religion prescribed for all of creation is Islam, and that has been the case from the beginning of time. Every prophet of Allah from Adam, peace be upon him, until our Master Muhammad ﷺ has taught us to worship Allah Alone and none other than Him. Islam has been the ONLY prescribed and the ONLY acceptable religion. The people of the book who TRULY followed past prophets like Moses or Jesus, peace be upon them, and adhered to the canons they brought, were also in reality MUSLIMS, as the Quran itself testifies; like in the verses that say our master & father Ibrahiim is a Muslim, or the verses that state that the disciples of our master Jesus were Muslims.

Secondly, since we have been shown unimaginable mercy by Allah and His appointed prophets have been sent to us, these universal human truths like ‘do not lie’, ‘do not steal’ have been instilled into the human psyche by none other than Allah’s many many prophets, since the beginning of time, so much that they constitute universal values that almost all of mankind and jinnkind recognize, even those who do not accept Islam. Just because they are universal human values adhered to by all of mankind, it does not undo the fact that they are INDEED the teachings of Allah’s appointed prophets, ALL of whom FIRSTLY & FOREMOSTLY taught about His Tawhiid. They are indeed universal truths and universal values, BUT without subscribing to Allah’s Tawhiid and accepting His Prophets, they will yield no benefit in the hereafter, as is clearly stated in the Quran.

Summarily –

1) These universal truths and values of life like ‘do not lie’ are INDEED based on the teachings of the prophets of Allah, who are before anything else the teachers of Allah’s Tawhiid and the Callers to Tawhiid. They are not based on the teachings of satan, who is the one that strives to teach kufr and shirk and misguide.

2) Despite being based on the canonical laws of all past prophets, these values are completely and utterly useless for salvation if someone doesn’t subscribe to Allah’s Tawhiid and accept & acknowledge ALL His Prophets. Acceptance & acknowledgement of our Master RasulAllah ﷺ is the acceptance of all the past prophets of Allah.

Imam Rabbani has addressed these points in his letters and in-sha-Allah they shall be translated in due time.

So what about the one who says that all religions are true and lead to salvation?

Notwithstanding being kufr, that is just as stupid as saying a homeless bum who owns 25 cents is the same as a guy who owns a mansion and a few hundred million dollars in the bank! After all, both of them “own an amount of money”, right?

Never mind the fact that the homeless bum was thrown the quarter his way by the rich guy. Never mind the fact that the homeless bum eats from the garbage and lives on the street with no protection from heat or cold or any privacy. Never mind the fact that the few rags that the homeless person is wearing are the old clothes the rich guy handed him out of pity. Never mind the fact that the rich guy has a comfortable home and eats good food. Never mind the fact that the rich guy actually works for his money while the bum just sits on the sidewalk doing nothing worthwhile. Never mind the fact that the homeless guy stinks of the garbage he sleeps on, and doesn’t know what showering is. Never mind the fact that the rich millionaire maintains hygiene, has people to wait on him, and wears classy clothes and smells of good perfume.

Just because it was the prophets of Allah who flooded the world with universal truths like “don’t steal” “don’t lie” “respect parents” etc. and infidels like christians, jews, hindus or buddhists, etc. also benefit by them, it in no way, shape, or form means that those religions too are valid and lead to salvation.

There is NOTHING BUT falsehood and filth in EVERY belief and creedal system OTHER THAN Islam.

Coming back to abrogation, and past Prophets, Books and Canons –

Only that about past prophets, their books, their canons and historical events is confirmed which has been attested to by our Master RasulAllah ﷺ. We neither confirm nor deny any matter on which our Master RasulAllah ﷺ has not spoken.

So what about these verses of the Quran?

2:62 – This verse just says that the true followers of past prophets who adhered to the correct beliefs and accepted their current Prophet and all that that current Prophet brought, they will go to heaven. It has nothing to do with the jews and christians of today. (See this post)

22:17 – This verse is not a tiding of entering heaven. As exegetes state, it says that Allah will judge between such people on the day of judgment. The believers will be sent to heaven and disbelievers to hell. It does not say that those who reject our Master RasulAllah ﷺ will go to heaven. (See this post)

5:69 – Same import as verse 2:62.

5:82 & 83 – These verses don’t praise the corrupted trinitarian christians. They are referring to the TRUE followers of the TRUE TEACHINGS OF OUR MASTER ‘EISA (i.e., Tawhiid, accepting our Master ‘Eisa as Allah’s created slave and Prophet, and abiding by the laws given to our Master ‘Eisa), who were present during the time when our Master RasulAllah ﷺ was busy declaring his message. When they heard the Quran and about RasulAllah ﷺ, they cried and attested to the truthfulness of RasulAllah ﷺ  because they realized that based on the true teachings and the prophecies given to them by our Master ‘Eisa, regarding the next Prophet of Allah and the signs given to them, our Master RasulAllah ﷺ had arrived and that all those prophesied signs indeed eventuated and attested to our Master RasulAllah’s ﷺ truthfulness. They cried in fear and awe of Allah’s Majesty and declared belief in our Master RasulAllah ﷺ just as they were commanded to. (See this post as well)

So, what is the final statement on who are the believers and who are the disbelievers?

Anyone who accepts the current Prophet of Allah, our Master Muhammad ﷺ, whose currency lasts for ever as he is the last & final Prophet of Allah – and accepts ALL that he ﷺ brought with him – without rejecting any of the obligated-to-accept matters of Islam – he is a believer in Allah and if he dies in that state – he is promised everlasting paradise.

Anyone who rejects (example, christians, jews, atheists, buddhists) the prophethood of the current Prophet of Allah, our Master Muhammad ﷺ, whose currency lasts for ever as he is the last & final Prophet of Allah – OR who claims to accept him ﷺ but rejects any of the obligated-to-accept matters of Islam (example, those who deny the Quran and say that even those who deny RasulAllah’s ﷺ prophethood can enter heaven, or those who believe there are other prophets after him ﷺ, or those who justify the filthy belief of trinity, or those who speak disparagingly about RasulAllah ﷺ, or those who support or express sympathies for such people, or those who deny clearly unimpeachable and well-known obligations and/or prohibitions from the canon that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ brought) – he is a disbeliever in Allah and if he dies in that state – he is promised unending torture in the inferno.

Salvation is ONLY dependent on complete, sincere, and unyielding belief in Prophet Muhammad ﷺ

Head to toe, he’s the Mercy of Allah;

Master of all creation – this Bondservant of Allah!

Says the Quran, that he personifies Belief in Allah;

Says Belief – ‘My lifeblood is RasulAllah ﷺ’!

Debunking a fallacy spread by the hypocrite from california

The rotten kafir, the imam of kufr, the hypocrite from california, la’anahullah, who functions as a mouthpiece of the perennialists, keeps repeating a fallacy every now and again. He says that:

‘To be called kafir and be thrown in hellfire forever, a person must be a very bad, arrogant, obnoxious, hard hearted person.’

Some people might be swayed by this californian munafiq’s supposed eloquence, but astute Muslims can easily destroy his fallacies.

These two events are NOT NECESSARILY MUTUALLY INCLUSIVE*. They are both INDEPENDENT of each other. 

1. Being a kafir
2. Being a very, very bad person (aside from kufr beliefs) with a hard heart and a very obnoxious disposition

(* Being “necessarily mutually inclusive” would mean the two events can NOT occur independently of each other. This is the californian hypocrite’s position, that being a kafir NECESSITATES being a very, very bad person with a hard heart and a very obnoxious disposition. 

“Mutually exclusive” means that the two events can not occur simultaneously. In other words, if  a person is a kafir, it is impossible that he is also a very, very bad person with a hard heart and a very obnoxious disposition. OR it could also mean that if a person is a very, very bad person with a hard heart and a very obnoxious disposition, it is impossible that he is a kafir. This is also not the case. 

The two events are INDEPENDENT of each other. They are NEITHER “mutually exclusive” NOR “necessarily mutually inclusive”.

Yes, indeed, the Quran does say that kufr is indeed the greatest of sins, worse than adultery or disrespecting parents and so on – and indeed it is our belief that the absolute worst of Muslims (in deeds, matters other than faith) is FAR EXALTED than the ‘best’ of kafirs (in worldly deeds, matters other than faith).

There isn’t even a comparison between a ‘bad’ Muslim and a ‘good’ kafir (the ‘good’ or ‘bad’ being in matters of worldly deeds).

But it does not mean that every kafir is the same. And it doesn’t mean that EVERY kafir on earth is a monster in EVERY aspect of life.

There are many kafirs, who aside from their false religions, are ‘nice guys’ in their dealings with people.

However, Allah tells us in the Quran, that He can forgive ANY SIN OTHER THAN KUFR, which is the worst of all crimes and unpardonable in the hereafter. If those ‘nice guys’ (in worldly deeds) want salvation in the hereafter, they MUST accept Islam.

In summary – kufr is the absolute lowest of sins and crimes, and unpardonable by Allah, but it is EXCLUSIVE (i.e., INDEPENDENT) of other crimes or good or bad character traits other than belief. A kafir can be truthful and honest in his financial dealings. Or he may be well mannered. Or he may abstain from adultery or homosexuality. People are people. It is not rocket science.

NOTE THIS WELL:

Both abu lahab and abu talib were uncles of our Master RasulAllah ﷺ and indeed both were kafirs.

However, abu lahab was indeed an obnoxious, sneaky, petulant arch enemy.

abu talib despite his disbelief, was benign to RasulAllah ﷺ and Muslims.

The fallacy spread by the hypocrite from california that to be called a kafir, a person must be a hard-hearted serial killer or belong to the russian mafia or a south american drug cartel is laughable.

In case someone still doesn’t get it, let me explain by another example that may be easily understood by the kafir from california or those infatuated by him:

1. First degree murder is the most serious crime carrying the heaviest of sentences
2. Theft is a much lighter crime than first degree murder.

A criminal convicted of first degree murder IS WORSE than a criminal convicted of theft, both in the severity of the crime, and the sentence handed out.

BUT, does that mean that EVERY first degree murderer is a thief as well? No it doesn’t.

Only an idiot will suggest that.

It is well possible for a first degree murderer to have committed NO OTHER crime.

All said and done, the two crimes are NOT necessarily mutually inclusive. They could be done together at times, but it still doesn’t mean that being guilty of murder AUTOMATICALLY & NECESSARILY means being guilty of theft too.

kufr is far worse than just being an arrogant, hard-hearted, obnoxious person in worldly matters.

Both are bad things.

However, that doesn’t mean that one necessitates the other. It is well possible for someone to be a kafir, but a ‘nice guy’ in other matters other than faith. In the hereafter, he will be handed the ultimate punishment for the ultimate crime – disbelief in Allah. This is Allah’s Promise stated in crystal clear words in the Quran. 

Alas! If only the hypocrite from california could tell all those ‘nice guy’ kafirs that their false beliefs and religions WILL NOT lead to salvation in the hereafter, and that if they became Muslims, their being ‘nice guys’ would become infinitely more rewardable by virtue of Islam – in the unending life of the hereafter too, as opposed to only the short life of this world.

Instead, he spreads disbelief, and withholds from calling to Islam and helping people become Muslim, by delivering a message that says something like –‘Hey, everlasting hellfire is only for obnoxious, arrogant people with hardened hearts on the inside and ugly tattooes on the outside. You’re cool. No need to become Muslim. You can make it to heaven without becoming Muslim!’

A person who TRULY BELIEVES IN ALLAH OR CARES for all those ‘nice guys’, wishes for them to become Muslim and save their hereafter.

By such ugly demeanor, the californian has proven himself to be not just an enemy of Allah and Islam, but also an enemy of all those ‘nice guy’ disbelievers!

We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of the hypocrite from california.

It seems my last post on the apostate atabeck shukurov ruffled some feathers with his pea-brained followers. Our elders have taught us that arguing with idiots make our hearts dead. I’m only going to expose the filth of this atabeck cult, and his admirers and how brain dead, stupid, and deceptive they really are, and leave these apostate clowns alone, for our job is to expose their kufr and deception without giving them the attention they crave.

• The difference between Muslims and kafirs like these is that they are implicit in their insults while we are bold enough to say things openly. atabeck the filthy kafir insults authentic hadith, and celebrated scholars of Islam like Qadzi ‘Iyadz, but that’s alright for this filthy kafir called “mmmclmru” and his kafir master atabeck, la’anahumullah. It’s only a problem when Muslims apply the same attitude to these krazy kafir klowns.
• Takfir doesn’t mean to kill in in the sense of spreading civil unrest and anarchy or vigilantism. We Muslims are not cowards like atabeck and his bunch; neither are we terrorists like the khawarij isis (who also are brain dead like these apostates). Indeed, we PROUDLY believe in capital punishment for apostasy, based on the commands of the Quran and Sunnah. We also know that it cannot be implemented by individuals, but rather it is implemented in a Shari’ah administered Muslim state, by the state authorities. atabeck and this guy have to answer to their kafir masters so they will try to negate the obligation on Muslim governments to execute apostates.
• Dogs with rabies have better sense than this deceptive kafir. When I said, I am not going to bother with the proofs for my statements, it was more than clear I was talking about what I stated at the beginning of my previous post,

that I was giving my assessment based on his facebook posts and the blog posts supposedly authored by him. I was merely saying that I don’t have the time to give all the reasons for all the statements I made above

a) That this infidel thinks the ummah at large is misguided and misinformed for the last 1436 years and only he knows what Islam, Quran, ‘Aqidah, and Shari’ah are.

b) How he always deliberately avoids mentioning the elephant in the room – PERENNIALISM ITSELF – when he defends the filthy book of the perennialists. How the filthy infidel doesn’t consider it worthy to refute perennialism and talk about the SALVIFIC EXCLUSIVITY OF ISLAM AND ISLAM’S MONOPOLY ON RELIGIOUS & MORAL TRUTH.

But of course the filthy kafir mmmclmru will shoot himself in the foot if he too talks about the elephant in the room.

The kafir then says:

“‘I’m not going to bother with proof for my accusation of adultery. Kill her’

= ISIS.”

• Here the kafir, just like the perennialists, throws the whole isis blackmail for anyone who stands up to their perverted cult – ‘you don’t agree with what we say, so you’re isis’ – and he gives an idiotic argument thinking he’s drawn a very intelligent analogy when in fact he has exposed himself as a master of deception!

It’s just sad that the kafir uses the handle “lookingfortruth1” when in fact he is as repulsed by the truth as a dung beetle is repulsed by the fragrance of a rose. The fuqahaa have ruled it clearly that a person who thinks that the ummah at large is misguided, is a kafir.

What the apostate infidel says:

“This is the product of stupid shariah academies pumping out brainless freaks who only know how to bash Shias, debunk Christianity” 

What he means – “Muslim scholarship over the centuries has been churning out fools. ONLY people who think like me have a grasp over Islam. It is bad to debunk heretics like shias. It is worse to debunk the filthy doctrine of trinity. Completely ignore the fact that the Quran itself debunks christianity.”

“and tell people that u can never understand the deen like the salaf or the classical scholars did.”

The poor infidel is flustered at the reverence of Muslims for the salaf and the classical scholars.

YES WE SAY VERY PROUDLY – The Sahaba, the Tabi’een, and the classical scholars of the Ahlus Sunnah are the inheritors of our Master RasulAllah ﷺ and we are VERY PROUD to learn our deen from them. Indeed, they are our yardstick for right or wrong. You ill-fated apostate infidels are very unfortunate that you think you know the deen better than those who brought it to you. May Allah’s la’nah befall your faces. 

I quoted the second part of that sentence to show properly that the filthy apostate is only asserting HIS & HIS MERRY BUNCH’S CLAIM which is trying to give a message of – “ONLY WE understand Islam. Muslim scholars and common-folk alike for the last 1436 years have been fools. We know all the follies of the ummah and are going to point them out and rectify them.” May Allah damn his face, for his aim is to spread his heresies that clash with the ways of the salaf and present them as “Islam”.

The rabid apostate further says:

“This crap has been going on for too many years, it’s about time our way of teaching shariah should be changed. Rather than teaching them memorisation, teach them how to think, ponder and discuss issues.”

So in the words of this filthy lowest of all kafir-forms, the ummah at large has been involved in “this crap” for far too many years.

This deluded kafir thinks he’s the only person who understands deen, and infidels like him and his merry bunch will rectify the follies of the ummah. This filthy kafir needs to step out of his head and see that the barking of rabid dogs like this has no effect on the affairs of Muslims. Let him make these claims in a Muslim city in a Muslim country in a public gathering. It seems dogs like this can only bark in auditoriums owned by the kafirs or on cyberspace.

The deluded infidel thinks only he knows how to think, ponder and discuss issues, and that Muslim scholars over the ages were completely bereft of these qualities. He just misses a LITTLE CLARIFICATION – that he is a filthy coward and can’t dare to upset the sensibilities of his kafir masters. He ‘thinks, ponders, and discusses issues’ of course – BUT ONLY FROM HIS KAFIR MASTERS’ PERSPECTIVES – and anyone who doesn’t subscribe to the sensibilities of his kafir masters, is misguided.

The kafir really only wants to propagate his fancies and the mores of his paymasters under the label of Islam. 

The apostate swine says further:

“It’s all complex, our history is so misconstrued, ahadith fabricated like there is no tomorrow and the seerah has so many doubts in it. Our scholars added irrelevance to the religion, complicated things to the extent where Muslims can’t even understand anything about Islam anymore.”

So in other words, only this filthy infidel has the correct understanding of our history. The infidel says our lives are complex and this infidel can simplify them.

The rotten kafir thinks he knows more than the masters of hadith science, for any hadith that doesn’t suit the whims, fancies, and sensibilities of this devil-worshiper, notwithstanding the woefully lacking capabilities of his little brain – will be deemed fabricated (exactly like how atabeck thinks). The infidel is not very different to the apostate cult of of hadith deniers.

The filthy kafir thinks he’s judge and jury over the works of seerah to make such summary statements that it has many doubts in it. But of course, the scholars of seerah forgot to check with this devil-worshiping infidel what is worthy and unworthy to mention in seerah books.

The devil-worshiping monkey says that Muslim scholars over the centuries have added irrelevance to religion and complicated things to the extent where Muslims don’t understand Islam anymore. This infidel thinks he’s the Islamic lone ranger, here to rescue the ummah from the misfortunes unleashed upon it by scholars of Islam. May Allah damn his face.

The kafir says further:

“So u end up with all sort of crazy people running around thinking they’ve got it right.”

His implication – ‘Muslim ummah at large is a bunch of misguided fools’

The infidel ends his comment by:

“I had respect for shaykh atabek previously because I have respect for the author of this site, but my hopes were let down when I saw one of the conversations between him and bassam zawadi on Facebook. I think he still hasn’t got the hang of it yet, although, much better than the rest of the ignorant mullahs out there.”

In other words, the apostate is saying he is judge and jury over which Muslim scholar is and isn’t “ignorant” – as if he knows the length and breadth of Islamic scholarship inside out. Of course, only those who suit the sensibilities of this apostate, will be deemed worthy by him.

For us Muslims – AGAIN – we say VERY PROUDLY –

The Sahaba, the Tabi’een, and the classical scholars of the Ahlus Sunnah are the inheritors of our Master RasulAllah ﷺ and we are VERY PROUD to learn our deen from them. Indeed, they are our yardstick for right or wrong.

Soteriological efficacy EXCLUSIVELY belongs to belief in our Master Muhammad ﷺ and everything that he ﷺ brought with him ﷺ

Someone asked me to comment on the idiotic ramblings of someone called atabeck shukurov and his defense of the perennialist filth otherwise termed as ‘the study quran’.

Now I hadn’t heard of this individual much before, but after being informed about him and his antics, and after reading his facebook posts and the blog posts supposedly authored by him, all I can say is the following:

1. He thinks he is the only Hanafi & Maturidi alive.
2. He thinks he is the next best person in magnificence of knowledge right after Abu Hanifa, bypassing even Abu Yusuf and Muhammad Al-Shaybani, when in fact he is a raving jahil.
3. He thinks he knows better than celebrated imams of the ummah, masters of various Islamic disciplines like hadiith, tafsiir, fiqh, ‘aqiidah etc. – giants like Imam Bukhari, Imam Muslim, Ibn ‘Abidiin Ash-Shaamiy, Ibn Humam, Imam Nawawiy, Ibn Hajar, and so on.
4. He thinks the scholars of hadiith and classical Islam for the last 1436 years were fools and only he knows hadith or other Islamic sciences (this alone is enough to anathematize him in light of the 4 madhhabs followed by the Ash’aris and Maturidis). He thinks he has the license and liberty to trash Sahiih ahadiith from even Bukhariy and Muslim (only a kafir or a phenomenal jahil will deny rigorously authenticated ahadiith). Take him up on it and he’ll promptly throw the idiotic salafi blackmail your way “you’re a salafi or influenced by them”.
5. He thinks even people at the levels of An-Nawawiy or ‘Ali Al-Qari and others had salafi-esque leanings.
6. He thinks anyone who doesn’t kowtow to his idiotic ramblings is salafi or influenced by them, even if they happen to cite celebrated Ash’aris like Al-Bayhaqiy or An-Nawawiy, or celebrated Hanafis like ‘Ali Al-Qari or Ibn ‘Abidiin Ash-Shaamiy.
7. His english is substandard and they’re two or more individuals posing as one fitnah. Read “his” facebook posts, and read “his” ramblings on his blog and compare the english and see for yourselves.
8. He drops names of Hanafi scholars only as a fashion statement to win the sympathy of ignorant people, and nothing more than that.
9. He is a RABID LIAR. When he doesn’t have any evidence to prove his hallucinations, he simply lies against [insert random big name Hanafi scholar] and presents his own filth as the opinion of a Hanafi giant of yore. He has done this on more than one occasion.

I’m not going to bother with the proofs for my above statements. Here are some basic reasons why this clown doesn’t deserve even 2 seconds of a Muslim’s time and why a mere SUMMARY DISMISSAL of such a person is enough.

REASON 1 – Anyone who thinks or propagates that the ummah at large is misguided or has been misguided / misinformed etc. over the years and he’s here as some sort of a lone ranger to rescue the ummah from its follies, or that he has seen/discovered a religious precept that wasn’t seen by the ummah before (as if he’s just discovered gravity) – is a super-deluded sub-moron – and a kafir according to the rulings of the fuqahaa. PLEASE REMEMBER this as A RULE OF THUMB. 

The perennialists whom he defends are the same. They think that their filthy teachings are a new dimension to Islam that have been missing from the ummah since Islam’s history, and they are here to teach them to Muslims.

atabeck shukurov thinks that Muslims, commoners and scholars alike, for the last 1436 years were ignorant fools and only he can crawl out of the woodwork today and tell us why certain Bukhariy and Muslim ahadiith need to be rubbished, and why we need to reject rulings of celebrated Hanafi or Shafi’iy scholars. This arrogance and hubris towards the ummah at large (scholars and rigorously authenticated ahadiith moreso), is enough by itself for takfir of this individual according to ASH’ARIY & MATURIDI scholars of the 4 madhhabs.

To make his case and appeal to his followers, he keeps throwing in the ‘wahabi blackmail’ namely anyone who doesn’t agree with his idiotic methodology and lies, is a wahabi or is influenced by them. We Muslims SIMPLY WON’T fall for this jahil blackmail.

REASON 2 – In case no one else noticed, for all his song and dance over Hanafi and Maturidi methodology, atabeck shukurov has been functioning as a cheerleader for the perennialists and their filthy work, and DELIBERATELY avoiding THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM – PERENNIALISM ITSELF.

He defends the filthy book of the perennialists bringing up matters of historical or other details

– BUT –

he categorically avoids talking about the central theme of perennialism – their belief that all religions are equally valid and lead to salvation in the hereafter.

If he really is a Hanafi & Maturidi as he claims, let him take up A CHALLENGE from us Muslims –

What do the celebrated Hanafi & Maturidi authorities say about such filthy beliefs as those espoused by the perennialist infidels?

Does the Hanafi & Maturidi methodology espouse a universal validity in all religions, for example in both Islam and trinity? 

Does the Hanafi & Maturidi methodology espouse soteriological exclusivity for Islam (i.e., Islam EXCLUSIVELY will lead to salvation) or not?

What does the Hanafi & Maturidi methodology say about the soteriological efficacy of a belief system that does not accept RasulAllah ﷺ and everything that he ﷺ brought (i.e., religious dogma, canon etc., collectively known as ‘the religion of Islam’) with him ﷺ?

It is then abundantly clear that atabeck shukurov is in bed with the perennialist enemies of Islam. He is a deliberate and calculating enemy of Islam just like the perennialists themselves, for if he was really an honest (even if uninformed) Hanafi & Maturidi follower, he would have spoken about the FUNDAMENTAL PRECEPT of perennialism itself BEFORE dancing around any other issues.

The Ahlus Sunnah – the Ash’aris and Maturidis and the followers of the Hanafi, Shafi’iy, Hanbali & Maliki madhhabs – ALL UNANIMOUSLY ESPOUSE the belief of the EXCLUSIVE VALIDITY OF ISLAM, ITS MONOPOLY ON RELIGIOUS TRUTH AND SALVATION IN HEREAFTER. 

The perennialist kafirs like to use big words like “soteriological efficacy”. It refers to the capability of a belief system to deliver salvation in the hereafter.

I believe any more than this on this rabid pit bull, otherwise known as atabeck shukurov, is a waste of time for any Muslim.

caner dagli, the perennialist kafir, has ranted on facebook against a review written on his team’s evil work. If you read his facebook post, you can almost picture him frothing at the mouth in his rage, which is simply great. 🙂 He has demonstrated amply well that he’s not just an arrogant infidel, but also a pathetic, narcissistic clown.

Thus far, I usually didn’t quote hypocrites directly, so this will be the first exception, just as I have made the exception to mention the perennialist authors of the evil commentary by name.

Anyways, first things first – if these schmucks are so agitated at negative reviews, they should stay out of the public sphere and not write or say anything at all, and indeed seeing the mischief they have spread, that is the best service they can do to mankind – walk all their lives with their mouths taped.

They are absolute fools for thinking that any and every review about their filthy, blasphemous work, will sing praises and shower them with accolades. The simple law of averages dictates that some people will fall for their shenanigans and sing their praises (and we seek Allah’s refuge from any empathy towards perennialists) and some won’t. You’d expect a supposed college professor to at least be acquainted with the law of averages!

Second and a VERY important thing – dagli, has VERY METICULOUSLY avoided discussing the Sahiih Muslim hadith mentioned by the reviewer – “By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad ﷺ, there is no one among this nation, Jew or Christian, who hears of me and dies without believing in that with which I have been sent, but he will be one of the people of the Fire.” This perennialist’s real frustration is at the Prophetic ﷺ hadiith more than the quote of Imam Nawawi, for it clearly says that those who have heard of him ﷺ and yet die outside of Islam, their only abode is hellfire. 

Coming to his rant on facebook, dagli vents his spleen thusly at the reviewer:

He does so by making his own characterization of our position, and then quotes al-Nawawī in order to declare that each of us is “a kafir”.

Notice the condescending tone at the mention of Imam An-Nawawi’s name. dagli the kafir’s agitation at the reviewer and his incredible hubris becomes only more apparent later on in his rant.

Also note that dagli has completely avoided talking about the Sahiih Muslim hadiith. He only chooses to rant on Nawawi’s COMMENTARY ON the actual hadiith.

He does not anywhere in the review differentiate between the notion of absolute takfīr (where one considers a person to be no longer Muslim) and accusing someone of kufr in the sense of an error or sin which nonetheless does not take them out of Islam.

That’s because nasr & co.’s crime of methodically and systematically trying to prove the trinity as acceptable leaves no room for anything other than absolute takfir. Seriously, dagli, you try to stab the very heart of Islam and Tawhiid and make a case of trinity leading to salvation, and you wish to be accorded a benefit of doubt?

Notwithstanding his spin on the other mentioned matter. Kufr DOES take one outside of Islam. Kufr is disbelief in all cases. A mere error or sin is not termed kufr.

However, there are instances when a saying or action is not as brazen and direct denial of Islam as your filthy book – BUT RATHER the saying or the act requires interpretation and analysis of its IMPLICATIONS – if such implications do indeed amount to being kufr or not – and different jurists can have differences of opinion on it.

The filthy project by the rafidzi shia, nasr, and your team of perennialist clowns is not a matter where you have said something indirect and people need to read between the lines. Your book directly preaches against established Islamic creed.

It comes from a section of his book where is he summarizing some positions from Qāḍī ʿIyāḍ’s al-Shifāʾ.

And Qadzi ‘Iyadz is himself citing THE IJMA’ – THE CONSENSUS – of Muslim scholastics, theologians, jurists, muhadditheen, anyone worth his mettle in Islam – cited by Imam Abu Bakr Al-Baqillani – something dagli the kafir conveniently omits because he wants to make a case against Qadzi ‘Iyadz and wants to prove him as untrustworthy, and the ruling as a lone, stray opinion.

In case you have any doubt that Qāḍī ʿIyāḍ is condemning Ghazzālī here, remember this is the same man who gave a fatwa that Ghazzālī’s Iḥyāʾ be burnt.

Notice the hubris and condescension in that sentence. He addresses Qadzi ‘Iyadz, a celebrated giant of Islamic scholarship and love of the Prophet ﷺ as “this man”. Had someone addressed dagli the kafir as “this man” or his boss nasr, all hell would have broken loose on adab-talk.

Those who are committing takfīr against us are basing themselves on a view and a person who did takfīr against Ghazzālī and ordered his books to be burnt.

Hubris and condescension at Qadzi ‘Iyadz again.

The filthy kafir goes further and insinuates that this view is an isolated view held ONLY by Qadzi ‘Iyadz.

Again, what Qadzi ‘Iyadz is citing is the IJMA’ OF THE UMMAH’S SCHOLARS, and no doubt Imam Ghazali himself subscribes to it.

We are talking about the view that anyone who doesn’t consider christians and jews as kafirs is himself a kafir. This view is the ijma’ of the ummah and indeed Imam Ghazali’s own view as well.

His throwing in Qadzi ‘Iyadz’s discontent towards Imam Ghazali is only a red herring. We are not concerned here about what Qadzi ‘Iyadz’s discontent with Imam Ghazali was. More on this below.

Do those who condemn us with takfir agree that the Iḥyāʾ should be burnt?

No.

The first view (he who doesn’t consider christians and jews kafirs is himself a kafir) is about the very foundation of Islam and based on the teachings of Quran, Hadiith, ijma’ of the sahaba and scholars of the ummah.

Qadzi ‘Iyadz’s [alleged] saying that the Ihya be burnt only concerns his own discontent towards Imam Ghazali’s work. There are no explicit verses of the Quran telling us to burn the Ihya. There are no explicit words of the Prophet ﷺ to suggest that.

That is not so for the issue of christians and jews being kafirs and suffering everlastingly in the inferno should they die on their religions, and therefore anyone who denies such – which is you and your team – is denying the Quran and leaving Islam. Period.

Was Ghazzālī guilty of kufr, as Qāḍī ʿIyāḍ said, for believing that God had no proof against the simple-minded amongst the Jews and Christians?

Nice try.

Qadzi ‘Iyadz DID NOT make takfiir of Imam Ghazali. He made takfiir of jahizdh and thumamah.

He (Qadzi ‘Iyadz) said that Imam Ghazali said something that sounds like what they said. See Nasiim Ar-Riyadz of ‘Allamah Khaffaji (the celebrated commentary of Qadzi ‘Iyadz’s Ash-Shifa) where he addresses Imam Ghazali with the choicest of accolades due a giant of Islamic scholarship, and states clearly that Qadzi ‘Iyadz is making takfiir of thumamah and jahizdh.

In reality what Imam Ghazali said, is poles apart from what jahizdh is cited as saying. Imam Ghazali merely said that those christians who have heard of NOTHING OTHER THAN THE OPPOSITE of the noble qualities of the Beloved Prophet ﷺ, they are just like those who have never heard of him ﷺ AT ALL – and hence, at the same level of accountability or lack thereof.

CHALLENGE – bring a quote of Ghazali wherein he says ‘Allah has no proof against the simple-minded amongst the jews and christians’!!!

Since BOTH QADZI ‘IYADZ AND IMAM GHAZALI are GIANTS of the ummah and contemporaries of each other, it can be understood that due to their extreme passion for Islam they can utter words of discontent at each other only for the sake of scrupulousness towards Islam, and for Muslim public benefit. Such discontent has existed between many other scholars too of equal standing. It is like two brothers arguing passionately about what’s best for the family.  They are on equal footing to each other. That in NO WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM gives us sinners from these woeful times, the license to speak about them with hubris, or to use the words of one against the other, moreso to push such a filthy agenda as perennialism.

Qadzi ‘Iyadz is a lighthouse of Islamic knowledge and a celebrated giant in the ummah. So is Imam Ghazali. We revere and honor BOTH EQUALLY – DESPITE one’s discontent with the other due to their extreme passion to uplift the glory and dignity of Islam.

It is pretty rich for a person who follows hosin nasr the filthy shia, for people who consider christians & jews as believers and their brethren, for filthy perennialists who see holiness in the dalai lama and the christian popes – to talk as if they are authorities on Islam and display such hubris towards Imam An-Nawawi and Qadzi ‘Iyadz! Apalling beyond words! May Allah’s la’nah befall dagli and his perennialist cohorts. 

Furthermore, dagli’s mentioning what Qadzi allegedly said about Ihya is only a red herring and a distraction.

Takfir is a dangerous form of incitement in the present political and social situation, and should not be done except with the greatest care and unless one is absolutely forced to and one has no other choice.

Pretty rich coming from someone who even posits that the trinity shall lead to salvation! No point asking dagli for examples of such cases of ‘greatest care takfir’. He won’t have any!

Also notice that he is also pushing the kafir media and politicians’ narrative that it is “dangerous”, trying to paint a picture that those who JUSTLY do takfir of people like him and his christian and jew brothers, they all belong to the ilk of the evil daesh.

when a person bases their view on a ta’wīl of the Quran (as we have done, extensively, comprehensively, and in detail, unlike most of our detractors who barely seem to know most of what the Quran says about other religions) one does not commit takfīr against them.

Tawil of the Quran and deliberately lying against the Quran are two very different things!

Plentiful Muslims have shown on the internet how you people have presented the EXACT OPPOSITE of the Quranic commentaries that you supposedly referenced. Quite audacious of you to say that after deliberate lying and tampering with evidence!

The underlined part is just further more hubris and nonsense. The fool thinks that he can say he knows better than the rest of the ummah and people will actually buy it! They are as stray from tawil of the Quran as satan himself!

Nuances – Part 2

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum

An increasingly popular allegation against Sunni Muslims, who stand up for Islam against the apostasy of perennialism is:

You are just like the khawarij. You are a takfiiri zealot. You love to kick people out of Islam rather than bring them into Islam.

NUANCED Sunni response:

Actually, you syncretists are just like the khawarij in that you make sweeping generalizations. The khawarij call anyone who doesn’t toe their line as a kafir. You perennialists (and their apologists) on the other hand, say that no one’s a kafir and salvation awaits all those who die outside of Islam, except perhaps your masters lucifer and abu jahl.

We Sunni Muslims follow the example of our Master Abu Bakr radzi Allahu ‘anhu in JUSTLY calling a spade a spade and standing up for Islam. He made takfiir of those who followed false claimants to prophethood as well as those who denied the obligation of zakat. (Note that those people did not just withhold from payment of zakat, rather they outright denied its existence in the Islamic canon. Not acting upon the canon is sinful, but denying the explicitly stated canonical laws is apostasy. For example, even a straight person who believes that homosexuality is not forbidden, is an apostate from Islam, despite not being a homosexual himself, due to the denial of the Islamic canon.)

The  khawarij of today follow the example of the khawarij of yore in UNJUSTLY doing takfiir of Muslims for things like sins, or even without sinning. They even made takfiir of our Master ‘Ali radzi Allahu ‘anhu.

For all your song and dance over NUANCES, you blithering perennialist morons do not understand the difference between JUST & UNJUST.

To you perennialists, a surgeon who administers an incision to perform a life saving operation, is the same as a butcher. To you jahil perennialists, both their actions appear the same.

Being Muslims and followers of the TRUE ways of tasawwuf in no way, shape, or form, means that we have abandoned the principles of Islam and made a wanton, free-for-all rampage out of it! It does not mean that we have become pacifists and will look the other way when infidels like you try to trample all over Islam’s glory and dignity.

Coming to the issue of takfiir. We need to have a NUANCED look at who it is done for –

1 – Those who are openly not Muslim – like christians, jews, atheists, hindus, buddhists, etc. – they are indeed kafirs. The SUNNIS indeed call them kafirs. A mufti or qadzi is not required to label a christian as a kafir. Only someone as pathetic as a perennialist and their filthy apologists will insist that it is necessary to hire a mufti to label those outside of Islam as kafirs. Indeed, refraining from calling such people kafirs makes one a kafir himself.

2 – Those who claim to be Muslim, but deny the BASIC, UNIMPEACHABLE aspects of Islam – be it in articles of creed, or in the Islamic canon – upon which there is no difference of opinion whatsoever. No mufti is required to declare takfiir in such cases too for denial of any fundamental and unimpeachable aspect of Islam is kufr as manifest as can be.

Examples of the unimpeachable articles of creed like the existence of angels, the finality of prophethood at our Master Muhammad ﷺ, the completeness of the Quran, and all the other inalienable core articles of Islamic creed. Examples of matters clearly, explicitly, and unambiguously stated in the Islamic canon (Sharii’ah) like the obligation of salah 5 times a day, the stipulated number of rak’ahs in salah, the prohibition of adultery, the prohibition of homosexuality, or saying or doing something that only a kafir can do like wearing a cross or disparaging our Master RasulAllah ﷺ, or denying explicit verses of the Quran.

In some cases (not all), exceptions can be made here for new Muslims who are still learning about Islam. For example, a very new Muslim may not be aware that there are 4 rak’ahs in the noon (Zdhuhr) and afternoon (‘Asr) prayers and might appear to deny it when in reality he/she is in a learning phase and what appears to be denial is just a result of confusion in the learning phase. However, even a new Muslim is fully aware of the prohibition of homosexuality in Islam, and someone who denies this prohibition and tries to make a case that it is acceptable in the Islamic tradition, then such a person is a filthy kafir outside of Islam.

3 – Those who claim to be Muslim, but their beliefs, words and actions are open to interpretation, wherein it needs to be ascertained if they have really denied any of the very fundamental & unimpeachable aspects of creed or the Islamic canon, or not. It is ONLY in such cases where a mufti or a qadzi is required to declare takfir or lack of it and common Muslims should resort to silence.

We Sunni Muslims WILL NOT & SHOULD NOT fall for this idiotic emotional blackmail by the perennialists and their apologists, all of whom work for the enemies of Islam.

Furthermore, the perennialists work with the same kind of sweeping generalizations that the kharijis work with.

To the wahabis and kharijis, anything that comes out of a “Sufi’s” mouth is by default assumed to be false. The same is the case with the perennialists – to them, any and every takfir is wrong and the way of the khawarij.

It is WE SUNNI MUSLIMS, who look at the NUANCE of the matter – that everything needs to be weighed on the scales of the Sharii’ah.

Just because someone is a khariji, it doesn’t mean that any and everything he says will be deemed to be wrong.

If a khariji says that homosexuality is forbidden in Islam and sodomy is punishable by capital punishment in Islamic law, then his saying so is certainly correct because such is proven from the Quran and Sunnah. If a khariji calls christians and jews as kafirs, then only a perennialist infidel will insist that he is wrong or throw in the ‘takfiri zealot’ comment.

Likewise for the khawarij, their inflated egos have a habit of a) saying something that they wish to say to suit their perverted fancies, and then twist and deny Islamic proofs only to prove themselves right; and b) only look at who is saying something rather than weighing it in the scales of the Sharii’ah, so if something is uttered by any real or perceived “Sufi”, they must spare no efforts in trying to prove it wrong.

The khawarij work for their ego and nafs, and their sayings and actions are dictated by the “how best can I satisfy my nafs and prove my flight of fancy right” guideline.

The perennialists and their apologists, and the false sufis work for shaytan and their sayings and actions are dictated by the “how best can I satisfy the christians, jews, hindus, atheists, etc.” guideline.

No doubt, to REAL Muslims and REAL Sufis, BOTH the nafs and shaytan are sworn enemies and we must oppose BOTH.

Proper Ash’ari & Maturidi Sunnis following a path of REAL tasawwuf, please remember this NUANCE as a rule of thumb:

perennialists, false sufis and their ‘interfaith dialog’ apologists – followers of shaytan and kafirs

Orthodox Sunni Sufis have written entire books on apostasy, in order to safeguard Muslims’ faiths. We follow the teachings of our Master RasulAllah ﷺ and his blessed and noble companions, our masters the Sahaba.

We know the NUANCED difference between JUST & UNJUST.

Indeed, we will NEVER shy away from doing JUST TAKFIR for violating inalienable and unimpeachable core fundamentals of Islamic creed and canon – just as our Master Abu Bakr radzi Allahu ‘anhu did takfiir of those who denied the obligation of zakat.

We do not ‘like to kick people out of Islam’. Islam is clearly defined by Allah and His Messenger ﷺ. We say clearly what makes one a Muslim and what makes one a kafir. We do not make a mockery of Islam by abandoning its basic precepts and principles.

The perennialist enemies of Islam can burn in their rage and keep throwing their pathetic comments about “adab” and “you’re a takfiri zealot”. It does not bother us Muslims.
